I ordered wall paint ($200) for my projector on 05/23. A week after on 05/30, I contacted their customer service to check on the order. They assured me it would ship the following Monday (06/02). On 06/08, I had follow up again and they finally shipped the paint on 06/09, which I received on 06/11, almost 3 weeks after placing my order. I give the poor rating because I had to actively contact their customer service to get the order fulfilled. I also asked if they could give me some discount for the inconvenience. After flatly refusing, they agreed to a $5 discount, which quite doesn't do it. Overall, disappointed with the service. read more

I purchased a UST projector at projectionscreen.com then went to to the site to Live Chat to ask questions about which screen to purchase. I told Zac the Live Chat guy that I had recently purchased a UST projector from them and I was asking questions about which $5,000+ screen I should purchase to compliment it. Zac was more interested in getting my email address for marketing (and likely commission) purposes over answering my questions. When I wouldn't give him my email address he immediately terminated the chat. In response, I will be returning the $3,000 projector I purchased (from them). due to my poor customer experience the company lost another guaranteed $5k sale on a screen and another $5k for the UST media console I was set to buy from them. I ordered a screen, which was scheduled to arrive in 30 days! (Beat that Amazon). And after 30 days, the shipment was lost. They did refund me the money, and informed it was due to the screen manufacturer (Elite Screen), who has been having issues with their supply chain. read more

They have a terrible scheme. If you do not like the product you will end up paying a 20% restocking fee. Now on a product of 3k or so 20% is 600$, insane. The worst part is they are a very small family-based business (that is why they are able to give you some discount) and hence will never provide any customer favor (if you do not read their nitty-gritty details of restocking, it's your fault). So, guys welcome to save money but only if you are 100% sure of the product other wise buy from another site, try it out, return it and then buy from them LOL. This company is terrific! I purchased initially on Amazon.com for a screen for a client. I ended up cancelling it after I found out that the customer wanted a different one. We went ahead and cancelled the transaction and at the same time David convinced me that a specific screen would be much better and was willing to help me on the re-stocking fee. This was huge for me as I wanted to make my customer happy. We ended up getting a much better screen. Unfortunately, we needed it by a certain time frame and the company that makes the screens messed up the order and I was in quite a pickle with my client. After all that I spork to the Owner, Brian, and I have to tell you we spent about an hour on the phone and ended up helping me out with the situation and getting a MUCH better screen for around the same price. He was very helpful in my decision and very helpful in making sure it came and on time. We ran into little to no issues with the install but these guys were there every step of the way to make sure it went flawless. I highly recommend these guys for all Projector/Screen needs. My personal experience with this company was not pleasant at all, back in February 01, 2022. I ordered a laser projector. Delivery date was set by the 3rd, it never arrived it creeped it's way to my home city of Chicago for 4/5 days once in Chicago it sat in limbo at a FedEx facility with not movement or delivery update, long story short, delivery specifically stated adult signature and ID required on the delivery date 11 days later it was delivered and handed off to some random stranger in front of our apartment building, come to find out that someone signed off on that package and kept it, because I certainly didn't get it, so it was reported to FedEx in 3 days my lost package was denied, so I called Projectorscreen.com and spoke to Blair, she was understanding and helpful at the beginning and she said they will also put in a claim, about a week later maybe a call stating the claim was also denied, so she said they will submit another claim which come to find out was a lie, I've tried over several times through out the weeks after to talk to them but no response to calls or call back or emails, so unprofessional didn't even offer to refund my money which was $2,399. I bought a fixed Elite screen with the help the good people at Projector Screen Co. With so many choices and sizes available, i was overwhelmed. I also hadn't purchased a projector for my home theatre yet because I felt bogged down with options. Brian not only set me up with a ridiculously awesome 96" screen that fits perfectly on my wall but also helped me get to the right projector (an Optoma) to compliment the screen. He patiently walked me through the process of finding the right screen for my room. I had a better understanding of what materials and specs i wanted for both the screen & projector. I purchased my screen and then my projector and was anxious to get my gear before Superbowl Sunday. After it arrived without any hiccups, was easy to set up & install, I'm still completely happy. I can honestly say that the first words out when people walk through the door and see my 96" projector screen on my 98" wall are "What the. %&@#!". I can't imagine having anything smaller or less awesome. Its hard to go anywhere to watch tv. Other TVs will look tiny. Its my best purchase in the last 2 years. Watching the walking dead on Sunday nights is so epic. Watching the Giants lose... again... on the big screen makes the loss that much more bearable. We stream photos to the AppleTV with it. Play Uncharted and Halo on it. Have Superbowl parties. I will literally watch anything on my projector screen. Even the cooking network. Blow your mind. They claim to have the largest selection of screens anywhere, and I think they may be right. In fact they may have had too many which is why I needed to call in for some help.
