I will be recommending Skyline to anyone who may need a photographer or videographer in the tristate!

I was there with my young child for passport photos, and instead of being patient or friendly, the photographer was abrupt, unkind, and made what should have been a fun experience stressful for everyone. There are many photographers offering similar services, and I would not return to or recommend this one.

Worst decision for my wedding was hiring Maria as our photographer! Years later I still have NO…read moreprofessional pictures from my wedding! Nothing but headaches and frustration! I paid Maria in full to photograph my wedding and, years later, I still do not have my professional photos, wedding album, or printed pictures. The only things I received were thank-you cards and a poorly edited, incomplete video. After my wedding, I became pregnant and then had a baby while working full time. During that time, Maria assured me she had my photos and told me there was no rush. When I was finally able to sit down and make my selections, she delayed completing the work due to personal issues, including the pandemic and an injury. I extended patience and understanding to her, just as she had to me. Now, after years of waiting, she is claiming she no longer needs to fulfill her contractual obligations because too much time has passed. We trusted her to capture one of the most important days of our lives. Some of the loved ones from our wedding have since passed away, which makes this even more heartbreaking. This experience has been incredibly upsetting and disappointing. I would strongly caution others before booking her services.

My wife and I…read morewere just in awe of how amazing the photos looked, especially the portraits which looked like a work of art. We were assigned Reena and Roderick as our main photographer and videographer, and Ben and Tuck as the secondary photographer and videographer. They gave such clear direction to ensure the photos came out the way we wanted. All 4 of them were respectful, professional and very accommodating. We had an extensive list of photo combinations we wanted with the bridal party, our parents, wedding sponsors, and extended family and the Dean Michaels team managed to capture every single moment. I'd ask Reena last minute if we could take pictures at different locations and she would be so accommodating and the photos came out perfect. We are so glad we went with Dean Michaels. It's always tough picking through hundreds of wedding photo companies but my wife and I really liked the style of Dean Michaels which provided a good mix of dramatic and traditional photos without being too over the top. We highly recommend Dean Michaels if you're undecided who to go with for your wedding or any other events!

For the 2022 Gala we decided to hire Pioneer Media and we could not have asked for more. Bryndon and his company went above and beyond our expectations! He got on conference calls, asked questions and took the time to make sure he was prepared for the evening leading up to the event. He paid close attention to detail. His turn around was fast with a quality that was so much more than what we were hoping for. Somehow, this extravagant event that we have often struggled to describe was all captured in a simple highlight video. We were also provided with longer clips throughout the evening that are beautifully edited and organized for us. It's obvious that Pioneer Media really cares about the product they are producing. We are so grateful for the memories (and perfect marketing piece) we now have from this years event and we look forward to working with them again next year.

They were always very responsive and had many pre-wedding phone calls with us to go over everything in detail. They are extremely organized and have a fantastic system for how they plan everything leading up to the wedding day. Lynette was especially wonderful at counseling us on how to effectively get photos with difficult family members and was so helpful when we needed to change our wedding plans due to covid. Day-of, the entire team was incredible. We had 4 shooters total and the way they coordinated with each other to keep the day running on time was very impressive. I, as the bride, was especially relieved to have Lynette take charge and help us stay on schedule. The whole team was lovely, unobtrusive yet ever-present, and very covid-compliant. Our photos and video came out better than we could have ever hoped for - everyone who sees our video is amazed and immediately asks who made it! I can't recommend working with Pioneer Media highly enough.

Starting with the complimentary engagement photo shoot at a location of our choice (Central Park, NYC), we were impressed with the time Mario took with us and how artistically he captured candid moments. On our Wedding Day, our positive impressions were only heightened! Their crew of photographers and videographers arrived very punctually, were organized and smoothly went through capturing moments of our special day we will cherish forever. They were great at being at the right spot at the right time to capture moments such as my husband jumping on chairs to myself Irish Step Dancing with my sisters towards the end of our night. In addition, my husband and I enjoyed adding unique details to our day that they did not miss such as the welcome sign in the vestibule of our church telling our guests to "choose a seat, not a side, we're all family once the knot is tied" to personalized cocktail napkins, frames and signs at our reception. Furthermore, our proofs were ready just before our 1 month anniversary, great timing for such detailed work!
