"Hot Vinyasa Flow" is definitely a very challenging class, while Hot Yoga 60 and 80 feel a little less intense and are more my speed. My only small wish is that the classes were a bit hotter--I know they're already hot, but I love a good sweat! I LOVE the workouts, every instructor a Has introduced themselves to me and the community of women who attend is so close knit that many of the women have recognized that I am new, introduced themselves and helped me find and set up my workout spaces in the group classes. I'm enjoying caring for myself and teaching my 4 daughters that using your body and becoming stronger is a form of fun and play, not the diet culture rhetoric of thinking thin.

The doors are closed and will open 15 minutes before class starts. They provide yoga mats, blocks, pillows and blankets. It was a full class but it did not feel crowded. I am not certain if this is common practice in yoga since you are not sweating in this specific class but I would recommend you bring your own blanket or yoga towel because I noticed after the blankets were used in class we put them back in the same place we got them from. Sanitize your blocks and space.

Jenny and Heather are friendly and kind...they really make you feel at home by remembering me by name. I had taken a few classes here a couple years ago, I only remembered Heather and was really happy to see that she is still working here. I really enjoy her classes as she doesn't make you feel out of place if you are newer to yoga. She is very welcoming and encourages do whatever movements or positions that feel best for you. As for the classes with the vibration plates, I think its weird at first but after you take a few classes they are great. Sometimes the vibration was a bit much so I just stepped off the plate...no big deal. I LOVE that they offer late night classes and 20 minute sessions. Sometimes I don't have time for a full hour class or cant make it until after 7. The only negative (for me) is the cost but otherwise no complaints!
