Do I think most of it is a scam designed to feed people the lie that their bodies aren't good enough just as they are? Yes - there's "magic teas" and things of that nature in stock here. But there's also really any supplement you could need, so I get its purpose as a one stop shop. The staff here was pleasant and I ended up going with the Vitamin Shoppe brand for my vitamin needs. I was genuinely excited when this place first opened, but now nothing really stands out enough to make it a regular stop. The store is on the smaller side, and there are things I wish they carried. Parking is fine, but the entrance layout can be a little awkward.

I think some is from local suppliers. Everything is very clean and nicely arranged. I bought some honey, natural soaps, and soft beverages for gifts. One thing that has changed from years ago is that they now carry a range of CBD remedies. I'm sure they have many other useful items that I don't remember now. Prices are a bit higher about $2-$5 more than other grocery stores depending on what you're getting, also know you're supporting a community focused, local business. The aisles are nice and wide. They have small baskets that roll, making it really easy for someone with disabilities to shop. Their meat section is all frozen, which is fine.
