I did a color consultation to confirm the stylist could bring my hair back to the original copper tone I had gotten in April 2025 and booked less than a month later. I needed my hair done for graduation pictures and was nervous about having a different stylist complete my service this time. Thankfully, Tori was on time, patient, friendly, and confident she could get it right and she did! I absolutely love my hair and their prices are very affordable (I'll take a $100+ full color that lasts over a year compared to cheap box dye that probably wouldn't have lasted me six months).

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the customer service--10/10. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the actual service itself was extremely underwhelming. I paid $140 for a 90-minute Luxe Stress Fix Pedicure, and honestly, I expected so much more. The pedicure was probably one of the least thorough pedicures I've ever received. My nails are crooked, and the Dazzle Dry looks absolutely horrible. It's uneven and messy, and definitely not what I expected after paying $140. The massage was also very underwhelming. For a 90-minute service, I would estimate that at least 30 minutes--or more--was spent without me actually being attended to. I was SO excited for this experience, especially because of the price and the whole "luxury" concept, but unfortunately, it just felt like a very basic and underwhelming pedicure. The headphones and eye mask were also a lot for me personally. I ended up feeling claustrophobic and overwhelmed rather than relaxed. Overall, 10/10 customer service, but the actual pedicure was a major disappointment. For $140, I expected my feet and nails to leave looking and feeling absolutely amazing, and unfortunately that was not the case. They could NEVER do what traditional nail salons do. DAZZLE DRY LOOKS EXTREMELY CHEAP !!!! Nothing like a beautiful thick gel nail. It also smells awful and does not dry quick !!!!

It became obvious very quickly that this wasn't an actual therapeutic massage experience. I later found out the service wasn't performed by a licensed massage therapist, but by an esthetician. I really wish that would have been clearly disclosed when the receptionist called me to adjust the appointment, especially because I specifically mentioned that the massage was the part I cared most about. The facility itself was clean, and Mya was genuinely kind, thoughtful, and professional throughout the appointment. This review is not meant personally toward her at all. I also understand I should have asked more questions because I honestly didn't realize estheticians could perform "massage" services in this context. That said, the experience felt more like oil being rubbed on than an actual massage intended for recovery, muscle work, or physical relief. To make matters worse, I originally thought I had booked at another location and ended up driving all the way to Glendale from the opposite side of town. Looking back, I honestly wish I would have just canceled and paid the fee instead. Overall, I left disappointed because the service I was most excited about didn't match the expectations I've had from prior massage experiences. If you're looking for therapeutic massage or recovery-focused bodywork, this probably isn't the place for that. If your goal is simply to relax and unwind, then it may be a better fit for you. The 3 stars are for Mya's professionalism and personality, along with the cleanliness of the facility.

She has been going to the "the best hair Solon in Peoria" for a long time and almost always Lisa is the stylist who sees her. Almost always Stephanie is the receptionist who handles our appointments. She is treated with sensitivity and love. It is more than customer care; it is human caring and understanding and patience. There is no fee that can buy that. It comes from another motivation. If you want quality of service that is packaged with character, look no further. I will never take her anywhere else. How can you beat the best?
