I was not a very good player but the coaches saw how hard I worked & hustled & therefore gave me a lot of opportunities to play! VS the other AAU program where my mother payed a lot of money for me warm up the bench & did not care about me as a player & gave me no opportunities! That was not the case with LA Elite!!!!!! If you are looking for a good solid basketball program for your kid then you found it!!!!

I purchased a month long skills practice on Groupon for my 8 year old. He was so excited about it…read more I did have a question before attending the first session so I called the number on the Groupon. It went to a lady who casually answered as if I called her personal cell phone and then she scrambled to get another number for me to reach LA Elite. I called the alternative number and left a voicemail. A week later, no response. I call back the original number and a guy answers, he rushes me off the phone before I could say 5 words and tells me to send an email to ask, he doesn't have time to answer my question and too much is going on right now. I take down the email address and send an email. I never heard back. Following the instructions on the Groupon I decide to print the voucher and go up to the facility at the designated time for my son's age group to meet. NO ONE was there. The facility was locked, there wasn't one car in the lot. We sat and waited. Then we called again and left a voicemail. No one called back, no one came. We left, my son was disappointed, and I came home and requested a refund from Groupon. This was a horrible ordeal that ended up disappointing my son and clearly they must be fraudulent or do not need the business. LA Elite has lost us as a customer and being involved in several larger basketball communities I plan to spread the word. I am also disappointed that Groupon had not vetted their affiliate enough and the outcome was poor service, poor communication, and a loss of customers. I do not recommend them to any who is serious about the sport, their child's feelings, and their money because they are not serious about any of these things.

We've stuck around because we genuinely enjoy playing with such a diverse, fun group--and because of league operators like you who truly listen to every voice. We see you both clearly. If we had to choose one word to describe you, it would be Integrity. You could've brushed us off long ago, but instead, you've shown patience and respect--and for that, we're sincerely grateful. Thank you for the recognition a few weeks back. We know those negotiations weren't easy, but you went to bat for us, and it didn't go unnoticed. I'm learning from your example, and I believe our whole team is as well. With love and respect, The Martin Familia

Whether it's team training, classes, individual sessions, or one-on-ones with pitching and hitting coaches, the experience has always been exceptional. The coaches are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also deeply committed to each athlete's development--physically and mentally. They go beyond mechanics to teach the mental side of the game, helping players build focus, confidence, and resilience. That mental edge is just as important as skill, and it's something they truly prioritize. Customer service is always top-notch, and I can count on timely follow-up and clear communication whenever I have questions. I don't know why people complain about lines. Yes, there's lines-- but anywhere you go there are going to be lines! And there's good reason for it, it's not fun when you're in a maze with 100 people, the scare factor is more effective when you go in small personal groups. - Cast members (zombies) & workers. They're really funny and friendly. A lot of the zombies entertained us while we were in line for Zombie Escape and they happily took pictures with everyone that asked. - Creativity. This place really surprised me. You could tell the mazes were well thought out & people who designed it did well on the details. They also have really good sound effects ** minus half a star Cons: - Parking SUCKS for $10 -VIP line from groupon was a fluke. Pretty good groupon deal overall. $15 per ticket for the mazes + zombie escape.

Extremely disappointing experience…read more Had a very bad experience with this coach, Liz Lopez. The situation was handled in an extremely unprofessional and childish manner, and she took things far too personally instead of acting like a "coach." Communication and overall behavior were very disappointing, especially with kids around. Definitely not the kind of environment we expected from a club program. Parents should be aware before committing their kids here. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before joining this club.

I have been playing with this group for last 8 years, thanks to organizer Roman, I can honestly say…read morethat this group is currently the best beach volleyball group in Southern California (yes, been to many of them). Roman is a very responsible organizer, members of this group are very nice and highly skilled. Most of the 2s are high level players and 4s are advance intermediate. If you are a beginner, talk to Roman for best classes. Sometimes Roman invites Beach volleyball teachers for free classes for group members. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot next to where group plays. There are also restrooms in the swimming pool next to where group plays. Usually there are 3 courts for twos and 3 courts for fours, 36 people can play at the same time. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to play beach volleyball.
