0 stars if that were an option!!!!! Shoot 360 Torrance completely ruined my friend's children's 15th birthday celebration (twins!) on 1/31, and the way they handled it was beyond unacceptable. The manager, Andreas Forslund, explicitly told my friend that although the original party slot was 2-4 PM, we could stay until 6 PM because there were no other events scheduled. Based on that assurance, food was ordered, guests were invited, and families planned their afternoon around that timeframe. At 4:20 PM, a man who had booked the venue for 4:30 PM approached our party raising his voice, aggressively demanding that we leave. This happened in front of guests and children. Shockingly, Shoot 360 staff did absolutely nothing to intervene or de-escalate the situation. They allowed this man to continue yelling at our group. We were then forced to pack up immediately!!Guests were sent home without eating, and the cake wasn't even cut. The families literally left hungry. The celebration was abruptly ended with zero notice, despite what the manager had promised. Only after the damage was done did Andreas Forslund state that the general manager rented out the space without his knowledge. That internal miscommunication is not the customer's responsibility! Yet we were the ones who paid the price. To make matters worse, my friend was not reimbursed despite them completely ruining an important milestone birthday. This was an embarrassing, chaotic, and heartbreaking way to conduct business. Poor communication, no accountability, no customer care, and no respect for families or children. Do not book parties here. If something goes wrong, they will not protect your event or take responsibility. read more

Signed up our nephew there for a summer clinic to get encourage and improved on his basketball skills. At first glance you think it's a great gym, because of the space, and hoops. They even have a place where parents can sit on top level to watch the kids do drills. Then all the kids gather and it's about 40-50 kids in one session! They get split into 10-12 and set them up on each court doing drills. And theres about 5-7 coaches to work with them. At one point , one of the kids started chasing my nephew for the ball, cornered him against the wall, wrestle the ball aggressively while the coaches just watch and did nothing! My concern, and opinion the coaches are young and not well prepared or trained to psychologically deal with kids. Our nephew end up injured by one of the coaches as playful "mishap". He wasn't even doing a one on one, it was just a plain shoot the ball thru the hoop, and one the coach near him thought it be ok to block the shot in aggressive manner, injuring (spraining his wrist) Making our kid be out for the summer from contact sports for a sprain wrist and still waiting till 14 days to see if he fully heals. When I asked what happened most of the coaches were putting the blame on my nephew and making him sound like he was making too much fuss out of nothing! How are you as an adult think its ok to do such thing? You're about 3x's his weight and height! Then when I inquire whom I can speak to as a supervisor for a complaint and concern, was told to just reply to the email they had sent for confirmation. Because of how they handle this situation with a simple sorry thru an email and no empathy , no accountability in the gym from the injury , a trust was broken and we decided to not send him back and request a refund. I had a very disappointing experience at Shoot 360. My friend's twins were celebrating their 15th birthday, which is a huge milestone, and the service we received completely ruined the day. The facility overbooked and, because of their mistake, our party was kicked out before we could even cut the cake or eat. To make matters worse, when another family arrived, the man from the incoming party yelled at us to leave because "his party was starting." Staff did nothing to stop this behavior, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The situation felt discriminatory and unfair, especially since we were treated as if our celebration didn't matter at all. Management, including Andreas Forslund, was informed of what happened, yet no action was taken--no apology, no reimbursement, and no credit offered. This was supposed to be a joyful, memorable day for the twins, and instead it turned into a stressful and humiliating experience. Based on how poorly this situation was handled, I do not recommend this place to anyone planning an event or expecting respectful customer service. read more

This is for the summer camp. It's a great facility, but they cram in way too many kids. It's too hot and cramped. They don't make it super fun for the kids, and they play co-ed (players pick their teams) sometimes. That results in the small girls being picked last. Not a fun or encouraging setup. Andres is awesome. He's a great manager. We've done 2 birthday parties here and they've been seamless and so easy. The staff is so helpful and nice. We love coming here for the kids to practice and for private lessons. The facility is new and clean and their equipment is always new and clean. It's easy to reserve a court and the technology is awesome to track your progress. Very innovative. The membership is well worth it. read more

Amazing gym. Kids these days have it really good. This place is like a basketball player's paradise. I went at 2:30, and basically, I had the whole gym to myself. I was talking to the coach that works there, and he told me that the place gets busy after 3PM when the kids get off school. So if you're old like me and have some time during the day, go here, and you have the whole place to yourself. I love this place, it as great working for basketball athletes looking to better their skills. They have individual training sessions and classes for the different age groups as well. What an amazing basketball gym! I am so happy I found this for my kiddo, especially during CoVid. This place does a great job at safety and health protocols. Every player has a temp check upon arrival, lots of sanitizer available, masks required the whole time. The staff is very friendly and approachable and keep the gym upbeat and encouraging. The concept of using computers to track stats, arc, trajectory and skill building is just awesome. I appreciate they close twice a day to clean everything. Each player gets several balls to use during the 1 hour practice. Lots of skill building challenges. I know this is the perfect place for my kiddo blow off some CoVid energy and improve his game!! read more

Used to love this place: I actually haven driven out here numerous times. I live two hours away and come to bring my son to meet his trainer and do catch and shoot drills on the gun and try to put up 500-1000 shots. Usually have amazing workers working for them. JP amd Chase wow. Rudest people I've ever spoken to here. No coaches or trainers allowed here anymore.$60 for 30 minutes and you can't have a kids coach with you? Zero understanding for the long drive? Treat you like you've never been there before after registering and doing this several times? Don't wast your time with this place. Shoot 360 is great! My son who is 6 works with Coach Joey twice a week and he loves it. Coach Joey is teaching my son how to shoot the right way and also teaching him the important things he has to learn to be a great player. He is very patient and I would highly recommend him. read more

FIVE STAR PLUS! So I came by 2nd day after their grand opening and signed up on the spot for my 6th grade son. This is exactly what we wanted.. a place you can improve your shot and dribble... with the flexibility of choosing what time you want to do the workout! The coaches are super professional and the free evaluation trial was great which explains what Shoot360 is all about. We told our friends right away and as expected they also signed up. We then organized some team clinics and further confirmed how great the staff where with the kids. We are now on a weekly team clinic schedule with Shoot360. This is the best part yet.. while talking to my son about doing a workout when he finished his homework early on a Monday evening, it came to that I can sign up too as a parent! Why not get a work out and sweat it out instead of just sitting at their comfortable leather couches? I have been telling my self I need to do some exercise but find my self unmotivated and lazy in running outside or going to a local gym. I'm not into weights and with the Daddy and work schedule .. I was just making up excuses for myself. So why not do some shooting and dribbling when my kid is doing the same thing right beside me! Wala.. it was a great workout at Shoot360 while bonding with my son! In short, why not sign your child up and sign yourself up! You both get a workout! After my dribbling and shooting drills, my son and I played some 1 on1 at their beautiful full court with 80's music blasting in the background! Excellent gym. We go almost everyday. Clean with a nice environment. One of the few places in the city where individual basketball training is the focus. Technology allows kids to control their own training. $24 to sign up. $89 a month with a year commitment. $109 month to month. If you have a child that loves basketball and wants to be good. I would check it out. The first visit is free. But you must plan on coming regularly to make price cost effective. read more

I really like this place. First you can go there and try it the first time for Free!! We did that and there was no real pressure to sign up. JB was our guy showing us the ropes and he did a fantastic job we walked away feeling like we knew most everything. We did not sign up that day (had to get wife approval) haha but we did end up signing up!! And we have been very happy with everything. We also signed up for some private lessons and we were recommended Taylor for my 12 year old son. Man is Taylor awesome!! He really works with my son great he motivates him and is very positive!! He does a great job of explaining what he wants him to do in a way that really makes my son want to do it! So if you need lessons book him! The facility is great. We were here for a birthday party, and there are enough hoops and games to keep all the kids busy. But honestly, given that it's a birthday party, it's a great way to pull in new customers. But I went to speak to JP (one of the employees here) about a tournament bracket game that seemed to have been skipped, and he gave a pretty rude tempered response. "Everything's been played," he snapped. When I said that a bunch of kids were waiting, he just snapped out again "it's all done. All games were played." Then he turned his back and walked away. All of parents (even the birthday boy's parents) just looked at me awkwardly, not knowing how to respond to his attitude. I know this place is getting great reviews, for both the facility and staff, but I just wanted to post this. Birthdays seem like a great way to pull in new business. But seriously, avoid JP. This is a great place for a Hooper or hopeful Cooper to work on their game. The membership and prices are definitely going to cost you but the output you'll get is more than worth it. There is one for regulation basketball court and about 8 courts made specifically just for shooting and fundamental practice. There are all types of metrics and video AKA "film" that you can watch after you're done with your particular work out also. This is a state of the art facility in a unique take on how to develop your game. Since it's called Shoot360 it is geared towards increasing your shooting ability. Each of their shooting courts has the basketball rebound past machine so you do not have to sell FreeMail or have a rebounder. The boss will be given to you by the machine in rebound it for you. This will allow you to maximize your output of shot attempts. All in all, if you can't afford it then I would definitely say check this place out and use it when need be or get a membership.
