I must say that this local business has all the tools and resources for signage, web design and more. The end result was immaculate and I could have not been more excited to have my cards printed. The prices, and quantity for amount of business cards, you cannot overlook. Plus, the material and unlimited designs they offer, is worth every penny. It feels like that staff can produce almost any image for you t-shirt, business card, banners, etc. The customer service was impeccable from the start. The staff greets you immediately and will be very attentive when explaining the product you are aiming towards. Sergio was extremely helpful and provided all the navigation needed to get the card designed how I wanted. What I find even more troubling is the level of contempt and dismissiveness displayed during this…read moreprocess. As a female business owner running a publication, the developer repeatedly minimized serious functional issues by labeling them as merely "cosmetic." In reality, these were not cosmetic issues at all--they impacted presentation, credibility, and the integrity of a live publication platform. For a business website, particularly a magazine platform, those details matter. Unfortunately, this interaction revealed a deeper issue: a lack of respect for the client's standards and vision. The implication that these concerns were simply "cosmetic" reflects a misunderstanding of professional publishing and the expectations of a serious business owner. Ironically, this experience will likely become material for a future editorial discussion in my magazine's upcoming issue, as it highlights a broader and very real conversation about professionalism, accountability, and how female-led businesses are sometimes dismissed in technical industries.

Richard has them all beat. I was nervous about getting the back glass replaced on my phone and having just moved to San Diego, was unsure where to go and who to trust. Richard's San Diego Cell Phone Repair has the best and most consistent reviews. FOR GOOD REASON. I had a great impression the second I walked in. He greeted me right away, gave me an eta, quickly wrote out my ticket and I was on my way. It was ready right when he said it was and the replaced glass is beautiful. Something did not seem right when I returned to my car and tried to text my spouse. I panicked and walked back in. Richard was so kind and understanding, started looking at the phone, resolved the issue and even took my number down to follow up with me if there were any additional issues. Needless to say, he definitely knows what he is doing and will take the best care of your device. I really feel indebted to him and I wish I had more devices to get repaired--knowing my luck I will be visiting him real soon. Thank you again, Richard.
