He was extremely attentive, motivating, and FUN! We became friends and I always looked forward to my training sessions. Another big advantage to book with PureResults is because Ray explains the reasoning behind each exercise and the reasoning behind the order we do it in because he cares about instilling that knowledge in his clients as well. It's always pump a bunch of iron, take a bunch of supplements, and pay for multiple training sessions that leave you limping for days. But I am very happy that I got a referral to Fit 4 Life. I am excited to say that I leave my training sessions with Grant, a little bit sore but very satisfied. My muscles are sore, I've worked up a good sweat, and I'm proud that I pushed through another workout. One of the reasons I picked Grant over someone at my local gym is that he has numerous certifications and continuing education. He keeps up on fitness techniques and nutrition. He's given me some great ideas for healthy eating. He's very positive and motivating. And he's great at gearing your workout to your goals and health issues. I like the personal attention and the privacy of his gym. I've been seeing Grant for a year and a half now and am glad that I found him through a reference from a friend. The problem: we're amazing at talking ourselves out of going to the gym. To hold ourselves more accountable, we decided to have a trainer come to our house, which is hands down one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were VERY out of shape, and that first free training session with Cat was all it took to show us how much in-home personal training could benefit us. We're 4 months in, we've lost a combined 65 lbs, and we've never felt stronger or more motivated. All of this because of the amazing Cat who comes once a week to whip us into shape! She's always super prepared, high energy, and helpful. She creates personalized workouts for us both for her in-person sessions and our other weekly workouts, adds in workarounds as needed for physical limitations, gives us a range of intensity for activities, and genuinely cares about our well being. She pushes us to go farther than we thought possible, encourages us along the way (there's nothing better than hearing Cat cheering for you!), and celebrates victories with us.     Worst gym experience I've ever had…read more I opted in for one of their free training session in the past, and the original trainer completely forgot to schedule me. When I arrived, he already had another client check in during the same time we had agreed on. He went into panic mode trying to hand me off to another trainer, even though that trainer already seemed busy. The trainer I ended up with was rude from the start and told me he had "higher priority clients" coming in later. He rushed through the session and basically ditched me immediately at the final machine. I later contacted Tony, the general manager, about the situation, but he was unresponsive and never offered any real resolution for the unprofessional behavior or disrespect toward me as a member. What made it even stranger was that Tony spent more time bragging about how he "looks 26" despite being 40 while trying to sell me personal training packages, instead of addressing the bad experience happening under his management. I heard this location eventually permanently closed recently. Based on my experience, I'm not surprised. Good riddance!

Since then, they have followed him up to his new gym! I swung by a couple of Saturdays ago and did a 30 min workout here with the guys. I didn't know what to expect, especially since I have never been to a crossfit gym before. Our workout that morning was more conditioning exercises and I actually enjoyed it! We did the 9 AM workout with Coach Anna. I struggled with push presses and Joel and Anna were there to walk me through the movements when my form was not correct. Thank you! Cody was sore the following days and could barely lift his arms. I was decently sore as well. Meaning it was a great workout and it was only 30 min! It is a great space, very clean, and the coaches are very enthusiastic for you to be there! I'll definitely go by again when I am around on the weekends more!

Everyone has been really friendly and nice, and the instructors are great about explaining things for noobs like us (we've never done CrossFit before!) - also major plus, there are about the same number of women as men attending classes which is super inspiring and makes us feel comfortable. - nice, clean and well organized. We're doing a competition to get back into shape so decided to do unlimited classes and weekly training. We'll report back in a couple months on progress made

I ended up hurting my lower back through work and wasn't able to do any heavy lifting. Kirk offers MLT (manual ligament therapy) which helped tremendously with my sprained ligament. Fast forward to 2022 later, I have not seen Kirk for almost 6 years. I am 8 months pregnant, live in another state, and have sciatica nerve pain in my lower back. I called him out of the blue because I didn't know what I could do in terms of stretching and rolling out safely with me being super prego. Even from half the country away, Kirk has guided me with different roll out techniques and stretches to help alleviate the pain. 10/10 would highly recommend if you're looking for an awesome trainer/life long friend!!!

I had weight loss…read moresurgery in 2018 (120lbs gone!) and we are working on muscle shaping for skin removal surgery . Regular trainers just work you hard and want to see you barely able to walk or move. Kirk is different every move VERY is intentional and focused. I've witnessed other trainers literally give the same work out to a person after and before me. How is that Personal Training?!? Don't get me wrong I'm hurting after working with Kirk but it's MY workout not a "one fits all" session.
