The process and the results were again fantastic! The initial bid price was reasonable in our assessment and with a comparison. The final price was exactly the initial bid price with no uplifts, change orders or other surprises, despite some adaptations needed. The materials were all top quality. The equipment included scaffolding with some well-done ground-level engineering for level and stable footing on our sloped lot. The preparations included much masking and some disassembly of gutters and downspouts, all of which was done with skill and patience. The painting itself was all beautifully done with proper equipment and skilled technique: siding, windows, doors, gutters/downspouts, decks, deck rail and fencing... Wow, it all just pops it looks so nice, and now with another ten years or more protection from the elements. The crew was professional, courteous, safety-conscious and efficient. All comments, requests and observations that we made were accepted and acted on with no hesitation. Glenn Hamanaka, his manager James and the whole crew were a pleasure to interact with.
