There was a video of unknown format, mostly of Julian. Whatever was captured of the sewer video is unusable due to glare on instrument screen. To their credit OnTime went to great lengths to remedy the situation but ONLY after the negative review. Life needs to be easier than this. It is best to get something in writing BEFORE the job starts. In my case Brian needed to explain that their equipment does not record & there cannot be a useable video. It's August 2026, I called Brian, needed VIDEO of root intrusion into my sewer, & invoice copy. He said I could video it on my own. I said NO I need YOU to have YOUR professional opinion for a possible dispute. Brian quoted me $250.15. Brian said ok. Julian showed up, seemed competent. He quoted $121.15. I voiced my previous quote & agreed to pay $200. I explained the above, he pushed camera/light down sewer, his instrument screen showed results. I empathized I NEEDED A VIDEO & copy of invoice with his professional opinion. I am STILL waiting for the documentation I need. Somebody sent me a copy of my water pressure gauge (?), & an odd "invoice" with NO comments, no payment, & NO video. Take care with this business based on the following 2 issues.... 1. Get something in writing before any work done. 2. Notice how ALL 5-star reviews are at the beginning of the list, & lower reviews are at the end. Someone is manipulating the reviews. I've always appreciated the quality of work, which is why I chose Encore again for my latest project involving the installation of two faucets and unclogging two slow sinks. I submitted pictures and requested a quote through Yelp, and received a firm price, which was reassuring. I also made it clear I was in no rush and could wait until after Memorial Day, as I understand the holiday can be more expensive. Although I had other quotes to consider, I opted to continue with Encore based on our past positive work. I did add a request to remove and install a toilet to the project list as well. The plumber who came out did excellent work--handled everything required, cleaned up thoroughly, and I'm very happy with the end result on that front. However, I was disappointed by the change in pricing. Upon arrival and after work began, a valve started leaking, and additional charges were introduced for replacing the valves--something that, based on the pictures provided, other companies had already flagged as necessary. The quote for the extra work and the toilet installation ended up adding nearly $1,000 to the bill. While I were able to negotiate the price down, it still felt like I was being charged over $300 an hour for labor, and an extra $650 for something that could have been anticipated ahead of time. The sudden price change was frustrating, especially since at that point, I felt locked in--the plumber was already there, and now I had a leak in the line, making it difficult to bring in another company to resolve the new issue. Additionally, I was encouraged multiple times to sign up for a yearly service plan to receive a 15% discount. While I understand the value of ongoing service agreements, this approach didn't sit well with me, particularly since other plumbers and service providers in other Calif areas I've worked with have offered the first year of their service plan for free, allowing me to evaluate the benefits before committing.

Anthony was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and saved me $$$. Very amicable and kind, and I will only use this company going forward for any/all ac and heating issues or maintenance. I called Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning and one other ac company to get diagnostic and quotes, both beat the company I have a membership with, however, the other companies technician left after looking at my ac unit. The wiring was too confusing due to the motor being removed by my membership company and leaving it off at my request. Anthony was not intimidated by the schematics, and handled everything. My motor and contactor were replaced, and voltage communication corrected in just under 4 hours, that includes leaving to obtain the new motor. I wanted to communicate that not only is Anthony an amazing technician, but the man can troubleshoot, in contrast to the other company that also came out after *another generation.* I am confident that I have a trustworthy and knowledgeable company now which is a valuable asset in itself. I enthusiastically recommend them, if you do go with Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning you're making the right call.

The latest episode...I have been waiting over 3 months for parts to my system (which I have been told they have in stock from the time I first requested) only to be met with lies, excuses, delays and no service after an initial service visit once again did not have the parts that with them after I told the office what was needed and make sure the tech. had with them upon arrival...yet they forgot again...and I was repeatedly told from my follow-up calls to wait for follow-up service after the weather got less hot so they can take care of other customer needs first...Note: I had an unscheduled technician come out weeks ago, unscheduled and with wrong parts, a much higher cost quote than previously agreed upon, and a horrible attitude. I immediately called WeCare of that incident telling them to never send that rude technician again, yet he came back 3 hours later with other wrong parts. Since then, unreliable scheduling and being canceled after waiting over 6 hours for the latest appointment attempt. An absolutely disgusting display of continuing horrible business practices. You can see so many negative reviews, and I clearly know why...I have experienced way too much incompetence and stupidity over and over with this service provider from my own experiences, and they always try to sell you things that you don't need. I will be contacting Costco to inform them of the kind of service and false promises being dumped upon their customers. They strongly need to reevaluate this company due to the "service" they provide. Shameful and disgraceful for so many...multiple...incidents of not providing quality and timely service. So, still, at this time and for months, I am left with a lack of quality air to circulate within my home due the ongoing negligence and nonsense from the people I have been interacting with at WeCare. It included a variable speed inverter compressor/heat pump unit outdoors and a 95% efficient gas furnace indoors.
