While the staff is friendly, the results of their service is questionable. We had our new camper fully winterized before we took it in for storage. Nothing was stored inside the camper that was part of the original equipment. Additional supplies were purchased at Brady's Bend to eliminate any potential moisture. Due to PA COVID19 restrictions, we picked up our camper without any face to face interaction. The camper was filthy. Mold and mildew on the outside and inside of the camper. Damage done to the campers bumper appears to be from the caves ceiling dripping throughout the winter onto the bumper. When I contacted the staff it took them a couple of days to respond. I sent them pictures and their response was - "This never happens...". Well it did. The staff asked me information about what we used to clean our camper and the paint. Completely irrelevant. We had a perfectly new camper prior to taking to Brady's Bend Storage. Although we have cleaned the unit, inside and out, we will now need to spend additional funds to have it professional cleaned and sanitized. We would have been better off if we didn't use their services. I would advise anyone to rethink storing your unit at this place. They are quick to ask more questions and the only offer was to recommend a place to get our camper sanitized at our expense. Not happy campers!

We brought our boat in for storage and decided to upgrade to the climate-controlled room since the boat was a little damp when we brought it in. We got a free month for upgrading. They have Humydry and a few other mildew-prevention products that are available for purchase. The prices for the products and the storage were very reasonable compared to a few other places that we looked at. Scott lead us through the mine and helped us get the boat parked. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. He even went back to the office to get the Humydry that we left there while we got the rest of the boat ready! We just dropped our boat off a few weeks ago, so I will update my review once we pick the boat up.

It was beautiful, however when we got to the store it was all wrapped in plastic so I didn't really see it. They helped us load it, since my husband had hip surgery. They did drop the love seat as loading, so I am sure this is when it happened. I should have videoed the loading and looked it over real good before pulling out. I guess I am too trusting. Then when we got home before getting it off the trailer we noticed a cut in the leather on the love seat. I immediately called the store and then called or texted 50 times since then for a whole week just getting the run around. Today this was my last message from them; It appears this was done during or after you bought it It also appears to be done when unloading The only think I can do is request you return it but you won't get a full refund since it's something that happened after you had it in your possession Have you spoke to your homeowners insurance or auto insurance since it happened unloading it. I have never dealt with such rude, unprofessional arrogant people!!!!!! It was not done on our end!!!! I tried to give them a review on fb, but how convenient there isn't one. I will never step foot in that store again !!!

I rented two six foot tables for food and drinks, four round tables that seated six and 25 folding chairs. The baby shower location was out of their delivery zone, but they rented Uhauls. I picked up the rental and Uhaul Friday morning. They loaded the table and chairs, which I appreciated! Everything was in working order. The tables had wooden tops, which we covered with tablecloths. I returned everything Saturday after the baby shower as I was heading home the next day. They had a drop box for the Uhaul keys. It was a simple process. The tables and chairs cost roughly $140 to rent and the Uhaul cost roughly $100. The Uhaul was $19.99 per day and .99 per mile. I would rent from this business again. The manager was friendly and the equipment met our needs.
