Yogi was attentive, thorough and very professional. Her bedside manner is exemplary. I really appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was and understood my needs really well. I especially loved working with Devi. What I really loved about this clinic is that the employees really went above and beyond for me. A few months after I finished up my sessions, my sister was having a different issue and I recommended this clinic to her. Catherine at reception, invited her in for a free consultation the same day she called. After a few days, Catherine followed up with her to make sure she was doing okay and was extremely flexible in booking an appointment for her if she chose to do so. They were also very honest in assessing her noting that the issue she had was not a muscle issue and therfor could not be resolved with physiotherapy. I truly appreciated. how knowledgeable and patient they were with both myself and my sister for our different needs. My primary physiotherapist was Joanne. My first visit, she put me through several exercises to assess my injury. The next step was to go over recommended exercises to help with my recovery. She let me know that if I had any reservations about being in the common area with everyone else, they were able to set me up somewhere else. Not every physio facility is able to do that so this was definitely a bonus. Subsequent visits were more treatment oriented like using the TEMS machine and some soft tissue treatment. They had assistants of both genders and I was asked if I was okay being treated hands on by those of the opposite gender. The staff are all very pleasant and courteous. Once I realized the mistakes we were making, Salim ignored my concerns and disregarded the objective scientific video evidence. I would be very cautious with Dr. Manas ability to manipulate you while ignoring your concerns. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Now as for the location itself, whenever you start a new place you are afforded the opportunity to make sure the place looks and functions great from the get go, and that's what they've done. The office is spacious and inviting and contains something I can honestly say I've never seen in a medical office: a waterfall. Everything from the individual treatment rooms to the bathrooms have been done in a way that make the place feel new and professional. If you are looking for a chiropractor, or physical therapy I highly recommend this place.

I loved it as well. While it had the luxury trappings, it was smaller than I had anticipated. Nonetheless, my massage was excellent. The atmosphere was very calm and serene. I felt like I was the only person in the world. I was happy that they offer appointments on Sunday, which is super convenient. I also liked that when I paid by Visa, I wasn't prompted to tip the therapist. (I still did though, because I had a fantastic session.)

I confirmed back a time via e-mail and even received a reminder e-mail 24 hours before my appointment. LOCATION It is right off of Bayly - note it's not located in the condo towers but rather next to them in the townhouses, street-facing. Parking is street parking - I had no problem finding a spot on a Tuesday evening but I can imagine it might be a challenge during the weekend. FIRST IMPRESSION When you walk it, it's absolutely stunning - classy decor, very clean and very chic. It's very small (one treatment room) however it's done up amazing. I was met by Yao (my massage therapist) and had a quick health questionnaire to complete. MASSAGE QUALITY Amazing! I had a 90 minute massage done and it was completely worth it. Yao focused on my problem areas (shoulders, neck, upper back) and also accommodated my requests (no feet - I have an issue with ppl touching my feet!) and also made adjustments to the pillows so it was more comfortable. The massage cream used was also very nice - lightly scented (not too overpowering) and not too greasy. OVERALL I have found my go-to massage place in Pickering (have been looking for awhile). The hours are fantastic and they are open 7 days a week. Because there's only one treatment room, you feel like it's your own personal spa - no hearing other people walking/talking, getting their massage done...extremely personal and private. Highly recommend to check it out!
