I had a budget in mind but wasn't sure what to get. One of the employees took the time to talk through a few different options with me, and we actually had a fun conversation about the pros and cons of each pair. I never felt like he was trying to sell me the most expensive option. Instead, he recommended headphones that customers seemed happiest with and that didn't get returned often. I really appreciated that honesty. Overall, every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
