She was very detailed and meticulous in checking each detail of my situation, and also didn't pretend to know everything - if there was an issue that she wasn't clear about, she didn't hesitate to look up the necessary IRS documentation to make sure that we weren't making any mistakes. Even after our meetings in-person going over documents, she would also follow-up and double-check to make sure that I hadn't inadvertently overlooked something (and she did find a bunch of details that I had filled in incorrectly as well through this process!) When I asked for help with extension, I was told she will call me on 15th as she was busy but I received no call, email or help even to file an extension on 15th. The funny part is this firm writes integrity and professionalism as their values on their website. But in practice they will shamelessly abandon paid clients and demonstrate utter lack of work ethics and professionalism. While its possible to have a bad experience with one person, this also reflects poorly on the firm that they have no oversight on how their employees are behaving. I received no apology from Sumathi or this firm. The only half decent thing they did is to refund my advance. Not without asking though.
