And I felt like a nag having to point out items that needed to be completed or fixed. Nice kid, but not enough to make this a worthy project. Lastly be prepared to pay 2.9% if credit card is used even though on Yelp it states it is a payment method. And upon posting my review, Facebook reviews are now turned off. That's strange and concerning.

He brought us several products to choose from with a price range. Once he was at the store picking up the stain he sent a picture letting me know what the color would look like just to make sure it was what we wanted. Logan and his co-worker are super easy to work with and very accommodating. He was very careful not to get stain onto our white house, but we had several windy days. Logan made sure to color match the exterior of our house and painted areas that had some stain on the white exterior. He even cleaned up deck stain that was left from years ago by the previous owner. After reading such good reviews about Austin I booked an estimate with him to get a new patio…read morepoured, a deck installed and a pergola put above it. My spouse and I were happy with the plans Austin talked with us about and his pricing was reasonable. We decided to sign with him. If you don't read any further, consider another business as Austin doesn't communicate well, he doesn't show up when he says he will, and he doesn't pay attention to detail in his work. First thing we noticed was his contracts were not very detailed. It just had material prices and labor prices. There were no red flags at this point as he assured us he wouldn't leave the job until we were satisfied. When he called to say the project was starting, he told us it would be about 3 weeks barring any weather. Once the patio was done by the company he contracted, we didn't hear from him for 10 days. (There was no rain during those 10 days.) When I finally reached out to him, he said he would be there the next day, but it ended up being 3 days after. 1st red flag. Then when he finally showed up, he brought a new crew of guys that had never built a deck before. I understand everyone has to start somewhere. They would show up at our house and sit around waiting for Austin to show anywhere between 9 and 10 AM. He had to teach them what to do and then let them go so he could start on another part of our deck. He didn't monitor them well and many mistakes were made. He and his crew usually started packing up around 3 and left by 3:30 most days. 9 weeks later, the project was "complete". However, we had a list of 29 things that needed fixed. We had talked about some of them with Austin as the project was in progress, but only a few were fixed at that time. Some examples of the problems were un-level stairs, different heights on the railing posts, diagonal drain spouts, textured ceiling panels going in different directions, shades not hung level, and a corner of our patio that was broken off. This does not include the sloppy job of paint/stain, caulking, and screws breaking through the composite. When he told us the project was complete, we still had 2 more things on the list. His crew broke one of our sprinklers and the corner of our fascia is so warped that it doesn't meet together. He assured us he would come back and complete that even though he wanted our last payment. We trusted that he was an honest contractor as he had "mostly" fixed our other problems, so we paid him. We are now 3 months out from the beginning of the project in June. For the past 30 days, I have contacted him multiple times, he has told me on 8 different occasions that he will be out to finish and that his sprinkler guy will fix the sprinkler. No one has shown.

I would not recommend this company for any project. We had a concrete patio, wood fence, pergola and wood trash cover done. The wood fence and trash can cover are already warping and falling apart. They did offer to come back and look at the problems, but due to all the issues we had with them, and the fact that they had to fix things already, I didn't trust them to come back. 0/10.

After fighting with them over countless issues with my fence I decided to call someone else. Acreage did a fantastic job fixing my gates that never closed properly from day one. They had to be completely replaced and now they close without effort, look great, and we're built to stand the test of time.
