He brought us several products to choose from with a price range. Once he was at the store picking up the stain he sent a picture letting me know what the color would look like just to make sure it was what we wanted. Logan and his co-worker are super easy to work with and very accommodating. He was very careful not to get stain onto our white house, but we had several windy days. Logan made sure to color match the exterior of our house and painted areas that had some stain on the white exterior. He even cleaned up deck stain that was left from years ago by the previous owner. We went over the design with them and they made very helpful suggestions which improved the results but also avoid potential future drainage issues. This year we had them do landscaping for the front and back yards. In addition to the setting up beds and drip irrigation, they also added underground drainage to the front and back eliminating the long cumbersome downspouts clearing walkways and reducing erosion. All the work was done efficiently per the schedule - even when we made some changes. They even accommodated some changes without adding any cost, e.g. running new drip irrigation under the front walk to reach an isolated bed area and fixing a stepping stone which was placed by another contractor. Probably the best example of their exceptional integrity was when we added retaining wall in the front and received a separate quote which we agreed to. Later we decided to change to a different stone which seemed comparable to our original choice. Without us asking, they automatically updated the final invoice to reduce the price by $300.
