That alone told me everything I needed to know about how he operates. The scope of work was substantial. He pressure washed the entire exterior, sanded and painted, repaired a window with broken trim, and patched concrete under the porch. The before and after photos say the rest. The transformation is genuinely dramatic. A few things stood out beyond the work itself. Julio refused any kind of prepayment and told me I could pay when the job was done.
