Perhaps Chris and his company are good for windows, but wow, NOT AT ALL GOOD for dryer vent cleaning. I called Chris yesterday and he quoted me a price to clean my dryer vent, and said he personally would show up at 9am the next day to do it. He did not show up. He sent two guys, and they moved the dryer and said flat out "oh, you don't really need this service" because the distance from my dryer to the duct and vent was just a few inches, and apparently the standard is typically 10-12 feet. So they pulled a clump of lint out, attempted to sweep the rest with the world's most disgusting filthy broom, and they were here all of 5 minutes to do barely any work and STILL charged me $100. Never again. I tried to support a local small business but I feel completely taken advantage of. Horrible way to treat a customer. read more

Chris and his crew offer outstanding, professional and friendly service. They are thorough and efficient. The crew came on time, and did a great job on the windows and sills. We have a 3 level home, close to the beach, so our windows and screens take a beating, and Chris was able to repair and replace screens on site as well as replace our broken screen frames within a few days. Very fare rates and Chris is really easy to work with. Iv'e tried washing windows on the 3rd floor from the ground, and it's a chore. Well worth having these pros do the job. The first time we called Chris, it was to power wash the house and clean exterior windows, vinyl fencing and railings. I was blown away by the incredible job he and his crew did. They even got rid of major spotting on a deck that I thought was permanent sun damage. I've heard first about Professional Window Washing in the complex where I live. Almost on a daily basis I see their van in my neighborhood and everybody says good things about them. I decided to give them a call to do a major job in my business. I can tell you that they did a superb job. Here is something that got my attention immediately: I noticed that Chris (the owner) didn't dry up my windows after washing it. Sometimes I wash them myself and if I don't dry them up, I have a lot of water spots on the glasses. However, Chris is a professional and he uses professional equipment to do the job. Because he uses several filters, there are no water minerals to leave residues on the windows. They dry up naturally and spotless. It's also worthy to mention that Chris is very careful with flower beds and because of the equipment he uses, he doesn't need to step on the flowers. Price wise Professional Window Washing is very competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend it to my friends and family. I'll definitely use them again. read more
