My recent visit to this dry cleaner's left me feeling extremely disappointed. I had been here a few…read moretimes before to get alterations done to my pants because the seamstress had done such an amazing job; it had been some time since I had been back. Recently, I received new work pants that required alterations and hemming. When I first walked in, I was disappointed to see there was a new seamstress working there, but since I had such excellent customer service last time, I decided to give her a try. She measured my pants and I told her I wanted all five pants, to be fitted. She measured me and told me they would be ready by Saturday, which gave her a week to complete. On Friday, I received a text message confirming the pants were done. I picked up the pants and tried them on when I got home. The pants did not meet my expectations or match the description. I went back to the shop and explained the situation to the seamstress. She looked at me with an upset face and began to shake her head. She was arguing with me, suggesting that I should have provided a clearer explanation to what I wanted. I told her I did not mind paying a difference. I just wanted the pants completed correctly. She continued to shake her head and told me she wasn't sure if they were going to charge me. She told me to try the pants on again and began to measure. She asked, in a stern voice and with a look of displeasure, and asked if these measurements were better. I showed her a picture of how I wanted the pants to fit, emphasizing that I preferred them to be more fitted. She placed some pines on the pants and left the fitting room without a word. I walked out of the fitting room and walked toward the cashier. The lady in front was gathering my information when she came and started telling her the prices. She then started arguing with the cashier over a price disagreement because the cashier did not understand how she was trying to price the pants. She began to raise her voice at the cashier (because she appeared to be frustrated), but I intervened and clarified the pricing she was trying to explain. I paid for the pants to be fixed, and she told me they would be done by Saturday, which would be a week. Saturday came along, and I did not hear a word from anyone. Monday and Tuesday passed without any communication, so finally I called the business. I explained to the man who answered the phone that my items were past due, and I hadn't received any text or phone call from anyone. He stated they normally would not do that, but he would check if it was ready and hung up on me without any notification. I never received a call from anyone; when I tried to reach them again, I received no response. Finally, the business sent me a text two weeks after she promised to fix my pants, saying that my items were ready for pickup. Let me tell you that even after trying on all of my items, they were still messed up. Some of the hems from the pants are noticeably shorter than the others. It looked like some of the pants appeared to have remained unfixed. I paid for a service twice, but neither time did I receive the necessary results or fixes. Both times I was measured, I even brought my work boots in to be measured properly. I wouldn't mind paying for a good service; sometimes there are miscommunications, but no one should have to pay for or deal with someone with poor customer service and subpar work, especially with their price points. My work pants are messed up and the company I work for won't replace them, so I would have to come out of pocket to buy new pants (the work pants are not cheap). I have to walk around work for 10 hours a day with mismatched and unfixed pants. I am not one to leave reviews, but the seamstress was so rude and did such a poor job.

I couldn't be more happy with how my dress turned out. I paid a reasonable amount and my dress was ready to go in less than a month. Highly recommend this place. I'll continue to use this shop for my work clothes alterations.

I explained that I was shopping for alterations and needing expedited services and asked how much. I want to be clear she does not speak English very well and it was hard to communicate. she continued to have my daughter try on the dress and measure without any communication and simply handed me a bill. This isn't the problem, the problem is when coming into any establishment you should be greeted with customer service and provide explanation when providing said service. I have no alteration experience therefore how would I know?! I explained to the woman that I in fact was at the wrong location and would have to check with the other place and come back ( I had an appointment). She rudely snatched the ticket, mumbled in Spanish rude ( in which I understood) and then snatched the dress from my daughter's hand. When I explained that I would possibly be back and the communication was unclear she began to argue and I simply told her had she perhaps explained there wouldn't be a problem. After her behavior why would I even stay? She was rough with the dress, extremely rude and even snatched the entire business card out of my hand. There is absolutely no reason to put your hands on anyone. Both my daughters where startled by her aggression and attitude. I am a business owner and would pay thousands before ever stepping foot into this establishment. She is angry and clearly unhappy with her job. I will report to the BBB and be sure to tell everyone I know who comes to my business to never use them. There are plenty of other alterations even in the same shopping center. Customers being treated right is the only way you establish business. I cannot believe this place is still open. Go anywhere but here if you want to be treated with respect. It doesn't matter how great your work is If your rude and miserable to clients.
