I was expecting maybe a week or two to get started--this was very impressive. The recruiters and branch management are easy to talk to and they know the job market very well. I am well qualified with over 3-5 year experience in the workplace: business, financial, educational, arts, and tech. The last few recruiters were better in the end before they moved on, but the new recruiters Kelli and Rachel are lacking in performance. They don't even return my calls or emails. I am well qualified for many of the positions that they have listed on the website, but they say I am unqualified. Who has the right to say what I'm qualified for? It's administrative assistant positions mostly and that is what I have been doing for most of my entire career! My advice: Seek another recruiting company. This one in Marin County is not like it used to be.

Grapevine was one of two nanny agencies recommended to us by our hotel. Their online booking experience was easy and I found their rates more reasonable than the other nanny agency our hotel recommended. (I reached out to both and quickly compared all-in pricing.) The babysitter we were assigned, Rima, arrived on time and kept us updated on how things were going. She brought games and activities for my 7 year old daughter based on her interests, which I appreciated. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that we had to communicate with our babysitter via the Telegram app, which was new and different for me.
