This guy is legitimately a good dude who wants to do right by you. Not only did I find that he and I get along SUPER well, I've been repeatedly impressed by his willingness to do whatever needs to be done to ensure the job is up to his customer's satisfaction. His pricing is honest, the work is extremely well executed and the entire process has been painless. We needed a fair amount of fencing replaced, over 200 linear feet, and we decided to upgrade to 4x6 posts for the fence and 6x6 posts for the gates, all using cedar pickets. The entire project got a lot of attention from neighbors who came by to ask questions or check out the work. We asked Vance if he was okay with installing a dog bubble that protrudes from the window for our dogs and he personally came out with his jigsaw and cut a perfect hole. He installed it using stainless hardware and it looks PERFECT! The gates are strong, level and I have full confidence that they'll last for many, many years (I was VERY particular about this as our previous gates were unusable for years). The entire backyard has been transformed and the peace of mind in knowing that the dogs are unable to weasel their way out of the back when we let them out is indescribable. His main fencer, Cody, did the best beveling job I've ever seen on fence running boards and far exceeded the expectations I had even though I knew that was a standard feature of their builds (the bevel assists with water run off so water won't pool on the bottom and adds aesthetic value). We also had a minor hole in our roof and asked Vance about patching that up. He and his roofing guy had that knocked out within a few hours, we didn't even realize it had been fixed until I asked him what day they were planning to do it and he jokingly replied "yesterday". He said my roof is in good condition and not very old, but it really says something that I'm a little lowkey disappointed because I won't have anything else to utilize his services for again for awhile. Call around and ask for multiple quotes (Vance was also the only guy to actively encourage me to do so when I first told him that he was the only guy I'd called and had come out so far), but just know that when you include these guys in your roster, you're unlikely to find anyone else who matches up to the level of care and service Vance provides.
