This has led to considerable financial loss because bills for the building are unable to be paid on time due to his incompetence. We've reach out to him several times on phone and email but have not gotten back a single reply. I've made attempts to get it replaced, but Paul Megna has lied to me from the start and he tried to blame a leak in my bathroom that went into the people below me on me, but it was the people he hired the first time who screwed my bathroom up and made the leak worse because the leak was there BEFORE I MOVED IN on August 1 2019. They tore up my entire bathroom but obviously didn't even DO ANYTHING. They took my tub out and tore up the walls. I have tried EVERYTHING to get a new fridge. I don't think Paul Megna realizes that whenever I move, he'll be forced to replace the fridge anyway if I don't have one by the time I move, whenever that will be. Always keep your lease. I never thought I'd ever need it because I've never had a fridge die on me anywhere I've lived. Also, this condo unit was not even properly fixed when I moved in. The leak was still happening and there is a few sockets that don't work and there IS still a hole in one of my walls I have a painting covering, and there's an exposed light socket that's been like that since I moved in. Seriously, Megna Properties and Paul Megna are all slumlords. I'm starving all the time every single day. I'm on DISABILITY too, so we clearly know his stance on people like me. He doesn't care about anyone. As long as he gets his money he doesn't care about anything. I'm currently waiting on Legal Aid to get back to me to see what ELSE can be done, because I sure as HELL cannot afford to buy a new fridge, I'm on disability, I can't afford it. If he thinks I'm made of money he has a rude awakening coming up. Either he's forced to replace my fridge or I'm taking the one I got myself with me and leaving the broken one in it's place, because if he doesn't care why should I? =)

My building has never been maintained never been cleaned! Cockroaches and mice leaks! The snow and ice have never been removed from my building. Locks were never installed on my front door. The neighbours apartment got broken into due to negligence of the locks being changed. Everything I've ever asked them to do they've never done. Roger has come to my house at random hours of the night asking me for money. I'll months rent was stolen in cash and I was never given a receipt for it. Worst landlords I've ever had in my life!
