She was fair in setting a listing price and followed through with several open houses. Following each showing she provided us with feedback and was persistent in following up with people who showed interest in our property. We had one couple that visited the property four times without making and offer. Nikki showed great patience in working with them and finding the information they needed concerning bylaw requirements for a pool and other issues. Regardless, of the potential buyers requests she remained positive and on track throughout ultimately helping us sell our house in four weeks and for a price that was quite fair and at a leading level for our area. She was positive throughout the entire process and a real pleasure to work with. Her experience in the business showed in helping us buy our new home and the conditions she advised us to include that helped protect our interests while still being competitive with our offer. Our experience working with Nikki was first rate and well above other real estate representatives that I have worked with in the past.

Uba has great attention to detail, handling everything from tenant communication to maintenance requests, which made managing the property so much easier for me. The team was professional and responsive whenever issues arose, ensuring that things were addressed quickly. The tenant placement service was also solid which helped me minimize vacancy time, haven't seen any other tenant on-boarding like theirs. My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were occasional minor delays in communication, but nothing that significantly impacted the quality of their service. Overall, they're very reliable and effective and I'd would definitely recommend for property owners looking for solid, hands-off approach
