This has led to considerable financial loss because bills for the building are unable to be paid on time due to his incompetence. My building has never been maintained never been cleaned! Cockroaches and mice leaks! The snow and ice have never been removed from my building. Locks were never installed on my front door. The neighbours apartment got broken into due to negligence of the locks being changed. Everything I've ever asked them to do they've never done.
