He provided us with a quick rundown with what he observed and then followed up with providing us with a binder documenting everything! There were several cracked tiles on the roof that needed replacing. The home owner's realtor had arranged for a roofing company to come fix the broken tiles. The work on the roof was done so quickly that the home owner had doubts that it was done correctly. So, I contacted Victor and asked if he would be able to come by and determine if the tiles had, in fact, been replaced. He showed up within an hour of me calling and was able to determine that the tiles he noted as needing replacement had been taken care of. And, he did not charge me! Our realtor recommended this company for our home inspection last fall. Since moving into the…read morehouse we have found many issues that he should have found which he did not. The kicker was when I was doing some investigating on why my air conditioning electricity bill was so high I found that one of the air handler returns was open and venting the cooled air into the attic. I also found a vent pipe in the attic missing sections so that it was disconnected in two places. The items he missed have cost us several thousand dollars so far. I just hope that is the extent of it. I sent him an email regarding this and he has not even responded.

As time went on I kept finding out they would make issues up about my property just to charge me money. Only reason I found out is because I would randomly visit my property or speak to my tenants and found out the "issues" they said were never true. They will charge you for gardening and maintenance but pocket that money and do nothing to your property. My grass was completely dead when I visited my property. Unfortunately they did scam me out some money but glad I dropped them. Had a friend who also used them and dropped them as well. Be very careful!

My mobile home was in need of roof repairs -- the vents above the kitchen and bathroom, and the…read moreawning flashing over one window (where rainwater pours down the side of the home instead of over the awning and into the gutter). Daniel repaired the vents with a heavy-duty sealant/cement. He thoroughly scraped off the old, flaking sealant. He also installed an L-shaped, roof-to-wall flashing over the existing awning flashing -- the entire length of the home on one side. That eave area is now completely covered and I think it would be impossible for it to leak outside or inside the home -- so long as it stays in place. Daniel installed it with a special flashing tape and then covered it with sealant. Daniel has a strong "work ethic," a rarity nowadays, and I am thankful that he has opened a business in Yuma. He even came by one day, just to check the roof and make sure everything had dried properly. I wish him much success and happiness.

I saw a major problem on my roof, Superior Roofing was the only contractor that mentioned the big dimple on my roof. Always on time if he says he will be there he's there. Cleaned up everyday before leaving. Daniel is polite, honest, respectful and trustworthy. Were already talking about having Superior come back to do more work. I believe I have the best roof in town. Again Daniel has integrity and honesty.
