This place is a joke. I paid over $600 for a " deep clean" of my house and am absolutely furious…read morethat the work that Queen of Cleaning performed was so subpar that I had to hire a different cleaning company to come back in and finish the job that should have been done by them!! What I received was a " surface " clean leaving dust, dirty baseboards and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. I had called the owner of the company to discuss how disappointed I was with their services.... they never answer their phone and never responded to the 3 voicemails I left. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone EVER!

I asked for a quote over the phone, knowing that it would probably change when they saw the house which was beyond description. I realize that was an impossible request and sure enough the price doubled. What I especially liked about working with Queen of clean is that they gave me a price range and capped it with a number. The job took three dumpsters, and they arranged for everything to be thrown out even moving things from the backyard where older appliances had I been left around to rust. They even helped me find someone to rake up the leaves in the front yard to make the house have a little more curb appeal. I highly recommend Queen Of Clean. Even though the price was high, it was worth it and cheaper than another service from which we got a quote.

STOP SEARCHING! Let…read moreme save you some time researching the right junk removal team, you've already found them. I manage my household budget and two budgets at work. I also oversaw the remodel of my own home and completed much of the work myself. Because of that, I'm extremely picky about both the quality of work and the value I receive when I hire someone. I'm telling you... Mitch and his team will not disappoint. Unfortunately, I inherited a hoarder house after a family member passed away. The home was in very poor condition, filled with years of accumulated junk, and showed clear evidence of rodents living there. To make matters even more challenging, I only had four and a half days in town and live over 1,600 miles away. I needed a team I could trust to access the home and complete the work without me there to supervise. After exchanging texts with Mitch and reading reviews like this one, I decided to take a chance, and I'm incredibly glad I did. Not only did Mitch provide a fair quote for the junk removal, but after walking through the property he also offered to handle several additional projects so I didn't have to coordinate multiple contractors. That alone saved me a tremendous amount of time and stress. What really set Mitch apart was his communication and professionalism. He kept me updated throughout the entire project, sent regular photos, asked for my feedback, fixed anything that didn't meet my expectations without hesitation, and even checked in multiple times to make sure I was completely satisfied before considering the job finished. His team completely transformed the property. They cleared out the home, cleaned up the exterior, mowed the large yard multiple times (without being asked), and added fresh mulch around the house, giving it curb appeal I honestly didn't think was possible. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and making sure the customer is happy. Mitch earned my trust, and if I ever need work done in the area again, he'll be my first call. If I ever win the lottery I'm flying him out for jobs in my local area. And yes, I'd buy him a new truck and dump bed to drive home. Good people like him are hard to come by. I wish I could do more for Mitch and his team than leave this review, but I hope this helps someone else make an easy decision. They absolutely earned every one of these five stars. I'd give him six out of five stars.

I hired Al to lay our ceramic floor. He did a lousy job and added charges that were bogus. He…read morequoted $2579 with $1000 being to remove the old floor. We removed the old floor ourself to save money. He padded the bill and charged us $2630, more than his original quote and we took out the old floor. He came and layef the floor and after the fact raised the price per square foot. Here is what he did: He charged us for 274 square feet, he layec 195 12x12 tiles. I only bought 240 and there were 45 left so I have no idea where he came up with 274. He changed the amount from $5 a square foot to $7 a square foot after the work was done. He said there was a pattern, there was no pattern. The tiles had different shades but not a pattern. Even another installer said this. He padded the bill in every area. He did a terrible job with the grout causing sharp edges in many areas and making it impossible to walk on it barefoot. He charged us more for supplies than the receipts showed. He did not put an underlayment down under the floor and after only three weeks the grout is cracking! He also has areas of the floor where the tiles are not spaced correctly. Overall he did a lousy job laying the floor and Overcharged us by over $1000. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
