I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Seacoast Orthopedic & Sports Medicine…read more I scheduled an appointment because my shoulder arthritis pain had become unbearable, and I clearly explained my condition when booking. Despite that, I was scheduled with a physician who doesn't even perform the type of surgery I need. This made the entire visit feel like a complete waste of time due to poor scheduling. My appointment was at 9:00 a.m. (the first of the day), yet the doctor showed up about 25 minutes late. Once I was finally seen, the visit lasted less than five minutes. I was quickly told I have arthritis and would need shoulder replacement surgery, but no non-surgical options were discussed at all. To make matters worse, I was then told this doctor doesn't perform the surgery and I'd need to see someone else--meaning I now have to wait months longer for proper care. During the exam, my shoulder was moved in a way that caused significant pain that lasted for days afterward. I was given no guidance on pain management, physical therapy, or anything I could do in the meantime. I was also surprised that no medical history was taken, no medications were reviewed, and no vital signs were recorded. That raises serious concerns about their standard of care. After the visit, I called the nurse's line with questions about managing my pain. It's now been four days with no response. While the staff may seem polite, the overall experience was disorganized, unhelpful, and dismissive. I did not feel listened to or properly cared for at any point. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

Great! Very professional , experience, friendly good outcome and knowledgeable I enjoyed .visitsread more

He was there a little over 2 weeks. In that time fell out of bed 3x's 2 trips by ambulance in less than 72 hrs to ER I went to visit this past Week and walked in to his Foley Catheter full of urine next to the chair his granddaughter was in. When I confronted Shift Nursing supervisor about why, " I'll make a note in the log and we'll have a retrain!!"So called wound nurse visited on Tuesday to treat the wound. He was released on Thursday afternoon and taken by ambulance Thursday night due to the infection had him in agonizing pain. Friday am after 14 hrs in ER it was determined hospice would be the option due to the severity of the infection and not being a surgical candidate. I wouldn't recommend having a band aid changed here.
