He also asked if I wanted a pedicure, but I explained that I couldn't do one quite yet because another salon I had visited, which was very close to where I happened to be at the time, had filed my nails too close to the quick. He advised me that I should definitely wait a few weeks to allow them time to grow out. I really appreciated that he was more concerned about the health of my nails than making a sale. I sat down at K's table, and he remembered my request for a dip/gel manicure as well. He is excellent at what he does, very personable, and talkative--which I really enjoy! I also want to give the entire crew an A+ for being mindful and respectful when interacting with their clients. They make a conscious effort to communicate in a way that includes the customer, and I truly appreciate that. Getting to the point--my experience was wonderful! I really appreciated the attention to detail, the professionalism, and the genuine care I received from everyone. I love it! Highly recommend

The girl that did my nails completely ruined my natural nails. On top of that, I visited a different salon today to have my nails done. When they removed the polish from one toe, the nail had the worst case of fungus I have ever seen. The nail was terribly brittle to the point that I will need to stop wearing polish until it grows out. This is just going to be great for the holidays. I recommend going elsewhere. I just…read moreget a manicure with regular polish and I usually go to a different shop but I went there with a friend. Less than a day later, some polish on each nail had chipped off. Something that has NEVER happened at my regular nail salon. I didn't want money and I definitely didn't want them doing my nails EVER again. I just wanted them to see how they looked in a day and for them to be even slightly apologetic because I was on vacation and my nails looked like that. Instead she just kept repeating "It's because you got regular" "we can't say how long regular will last" over and over. Never said oh im sorry that happened. After digging her heels in the ground she said you can pick a polish and we can paint them...but its because you got regular. I know where my business is appreciated and where it's not. I'll never patronize this place agin.

We both did P12 pedicure which was $60 and included callus removal, spa scents and lotions, paraffin wax, 15 min massage, hot stones, steamer and more (you can see on the pedicure menu photo). The entire pedicure was thorough and I like how they had little things that other places don't. For example, we got those heated neck warmers as well which was a nice touch. Our nail techs were so nice and attentive! It was very relaxing!! I would definitely come back and would try a manicure too.

It was a highly busy Friday morning, shortly after their opening time of 10 am, when we arrived for…read moremanicures and pedicures . No appointment, no problem. They had my daughter and myself in a chair within 20 mins. My daughter's experience was great and my experience is why I'm giving them 1 star. This review isn't good, so I'll just list all this out. 1. Terribly!!!! hot water. Mentioned it and she got annoyed, but fixed it right away " Okay now"??? The tone was certainly there and little did I know that it was to set the tone for the rest of my visit. 2.Shoving and hard tapping my feet to move and do what she needed me to do. No words. (Yes, she knew English.) 3.No sugar scrub or massage with lotion. My feet and legs were swiped with cuticle lotion and it was smeared only half way up my calves and rinsed off. 4. Trying to tell tech about problem calloused area by pointing at my toe when she abruptly pushed my hand away, raising her voice to tell me not to touch her chemical callous softener. 5. Threw hot towel on my right leg and foot, scalding the top of my foot. It's still red and it was a day and a half ago. 6.Made fun of me after requesting no lotion massage on the manicure I had after my pedicure, telling me that I can always go wash my hands, ha ha 7. Worked sick. Maybe she treated me this way because she was forced to work sick, I don't know, but I'm not going back. My daughter will go back, as long as she doesn't get the lady that did mine. Her nail tech was very kind and did a great job on her mani/pedi. 8. The quality of my manicure was great, considering. The pedicure left me with rough feet that snag on my socks. With as busy as this nail salon is, and as nice as their salon is, I'm sure this kind of review is very rare. Hopefully, this nail tech will see herself in this review and stop this unpleasant and very unprofessional treatment of paying clients.

Lisa gave a first rate massage, checked occasionally for comfort but was otherwise quiet. It was very relaxing, one of the best I've had. The two women who did my nails were two of the nicest, sweetest people I've met in a salon in a long time. They took more time on the filing, scrubbing, and massaging than anyone ever does these days. The moisturizing treatment with hot towels was great. Cons: Christian rock played the first two hours I was there. Luckily you couldn't hear it in the massage room. Then they switched to straight country which was survivable. Both polish jobs were actually really sloppy and on my pedicure she skipped the base coat and only used 1 coat of color. I also think the polish they used might have been old as it was pretty gloppy. I'll be surprised if the pedicure lasts a week.
