I specifically asked if it would all fit and if they would make multiple trips. I was quoted a price for six hours including tax. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting. I'm older and on a limited budget so I went with the lower priced option because she said they would handle it, but they didn't and now my arthritic knees and back are paying for it.

The person in charge was rude and ignorant and just blaming me for all the items. The company put the items into storage and I was charged for that, that was fine. Then it came time to have items moved to new location. The man in the office wasn't professional at all telling me the dates and times he could move the items. Not really accommodating me. Then he was rude about the fact I had to arrange funds before the move. Then the items arrived to be moved into storage unit and home. Well pictures were broken, a folk art piece broken, china cabinet damaged on bottom, then come to find out pieces left behind because they decided to put some pieces into another part of there warehouse. No idea why, he gave excuse that the warehouse manager wasn't there to help sort. So I asked to have those pieces delivered, yet again he told me when he was going to do it. I was to be thankful he wasn't charging me for storage. So in the time that passed lost a tv, a new bbq still in box, hardware for putting a bed together, a very large painting, smaller painting done on driftwood, then I was given a tv not even mine. So again I asked him for my things. He said that now I have to file a insurance claim. He was to send out the forms, that was on march 17, 2021. Still no forms, then he said he mails forms every two weeks. Weird business practice. So I started unpacking items. Pieces missing on crystal decanters, crystal bowl broken, a pair of victorian cases damaged. That was only.in three boxes much more to unpack. These people don't care about your items and are just rude and ignorant. I think the man in charge should be fired and if he is the family man running this business should be shut down permanently. Never never never do business with these people I paid over $3000.00 for a move from ct to rhode island.

PICKUP: The movers arrived already frustrated and openly complained about having to move larger items- items that were absolutely disclosed ahead of time. They told me dispatch never informed them, which immediately put me in the middle of their internal failure. Because of this, they were completely unprepared to properly pack those pieces despite the fact that I paid Rogovin in advance to pack them. As a result, both items were significantly damaged. When I called dispatch to resolve it, instead of taking responsibility, they argued with me and blamed me for not packing the items myself... for a service I was literally paying them to perform. I was charged for packing that never happened. DROP OFF: It somehow got worse. Immediately, a mover disappeared into my bathroom and later came out apologizing, asking if I had spray. I later discovered he hadn't even flushed properly. I had to clean up after your employee in my own home. That alone is unbelievable. They also don't tell you that you're required to stand there and help them count every item during unload, or risk issues later. That burden is entirely put on you with zero warning. And then the most unacceptable part: They left with one of my major belongings still on the truck. Instead of immediately correcting their mistake professionally, I was told to meet them on the side of I-95 as if that's a normal or reasonable solution. I spent hours of my workday trying to track them down on a highway and never found them. When I called dispatch again, I was met with hostility and told I would need to go all the way back to Connecticut to retrieve my own item... after I had already moved to Maryland. Let that sink in. On my son's 2nd day of work, during his "training/orientation", he packed and loaded a house from 7a - 4:30p and then drove 2 hours to a house in NY to unload it! At 10 pm, they told him if he didn't help unpack then they wouldn't give a ride home AND that he couldn't leave because he needed an escort off the "base". He panicked and called us and we ended up getting the West Point police to escort him to the school exit. At 11:30p he got an Uber to Fishkill, NY where his dad picked him up and they got back to West Hartford at 2:00a. It was a horrible experience for him and makes me really question how they run their business. Also, they weren't even going to pay him for the 29 hours he worked over those 2 days! We finally badgered them enough that they paid him for 16 hours...so add what I have to think is wage theft to the list of questionable tactics. I would never recommend anyone work there or hire them to move ANYTHING!
