Makeda and Essence are so fun and friendly I felt like I was hanging out with our friends. I didn't even mention I was tender headed and Essence was so gentle and so through when washing my hair and I genuinely started to dose off for a moment. She and her sister "tag teamed" my style, Essence pressed it and Makeda trimmed, installed my clip ins and laid down my baby hairs. I was so sad at the end of the night when I had to wrap my hair and I couldn't look at it any more! Don't let their location/ size of the shop fool you. They use an app for booking appointments called Vagaro which is very useful. Allows me to book my haircut instead of walking in and praying that a chair open relatively soon. They tend to have a barber or 2 open for Walk ins, but I've always preferred to book mine ahead of time. The only flaw tends to be that occasionally barbers get backed up. Usually no more than 5 - 10 minutes. This just comes with the Grade A side Chatter and jokes that float around the shop.
