Just had my six month cleaning and checkup. As usual, Dr. Terry was prompt, courteous, professional, and friendly. The best thing I can say is: I left the office hearing better than when I arrived. I have recommended the office to friends in the past and will continue to do so in the future. read more

Conscientious and professional. I learned new things about my capabilities to increase my ability to hear.

Walking into Dr Kasewurm's office was like stepping into a vacation! They greeted us warmly, made some fresh coffee, sat us comfortably while we waited for 2-3 minutes and they were super friendly. Tony was my audiologist and was clear and concise with his work, all with a smile on his face. I was in and out of there in 45 minutes with clear next steps. Highly recommended! read more

They always do a great job here, friendly and thorough, and the cookies are great too.

I had heard several scary stories about going for hearing tests and the enormous costs involved for hearing aids. So I was quite honestly, scared to go knowing my hearing took such a hit after Covid. First of all, the reception desk is super friendly which started the visit very nicely. Then I met with Tony for my tests. He was SO thorough and I found it very interesting and informative. After the exam he put my results up on the wall screen and explained where I fell with my hearing. The whole time I was thinking....ok, when is the big sell push coming. He input my results and then put hearing aids in to see the difference. That totally sold me right there but the biggest surprise was the price!!! It was no where near what I heard about; very fair priced and I get my aids in a week. I can't wait! Shop around wisely before you choose...and if you're in the St. Joseph area, for sure go here! read more

They really dropped the ball on our hearing aids and needless to say we never got them. They were waiting on our insurance but never called them back after one time. Also never informed us of the outcome or pushed our insurance to approve of these badly needed aids. read more

A client of Pro Hearing Services for four (4) years, I can only say that this company is the best of the best. I wrote a review of this company back in 2014, and at that time gave it a 5-star rating. That same opinion and rating holds true today. read more

My experience with Professional Hearing Services in St Joseph has been extremely rewarding. The entire process of scheduling, testing, explanation of results, review of alternatives, delivery of products and all supplies as well as help with software integration was thoroughly comprehensive and professional. Dr McIlvaine was much more thorough than previous hearing tests I have been involved with, and took great personal involvement to ensure that my hearing aids were the most appropriate, and also accurately configured to match my individual test results. She also was extremely helpful in helping me trouble shoot 3rd part software which let me synch to TV's and tailor the devices to work with my phone and car; in a variety of settings (crowds, streaming, stadiums, and remote). They also were very accommodating of some last minute schedule changes I needed to make. They represent in my mind the epitome of professional customer service. They helped make my transition to hearing aids successful for which the rest of my family is equally thankful. read more

Dr Terry and the entire office have been helpful for my every need. I received a great hearing device that streams phone calls directly to my ears with great clarity! Any service issues (a couple of visits, but extremely normal from my experience) have been resolved quickly in the office while I waited. I sincerely appreciate the free batteries and wax guards! Thank you, I am better connected with my family and friends as a result of your great care! read more
