She also said she does not have to reimburse me after 30 days, refusing to take any responsibility. She promised to call me back after giving herself a week to locate my items and never did. Ultimately, she refused to reimburse both the cleaning costs and the value of the lost clothing. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability was shocking. I was treated with disrespect instead of honesty and responsibility. Update: Clothing Solutions made incorrect accusations in their response claiming pickup was a month and a half past due. This is inaccurate. Pickup was only 5 days past the owner's 30-day deadline. They also claimed it was one dress when it was really three items totaling over $300. I do not recommend this business and caution others.

Not only that, but she works with me to make sure I always have my clothes back in time. Not only that, but I think they do their dry-cleaning in-house so after dropping my clothes off for a cleaning, they are ready 1-2 days before most places that have the clothing picked up and dry-cleaned off premises. But today I am empowered to express my disappointment with Save On Cleaners. In a nutshell, they did NOT have my rush ready Monday after 5 pm as promised, for a very important business trip of my husband's. I prepaid plus was charged $2.00 extra a piece for rush which I was wiling to pay as part of my need for clothes for an early Tuesday morning flight. Monday at 6 pm I arrived to find clothes were not there. They apologized and said the girl who processed order never wrote RUSH although I paid the extra. I stayed "mistakes happen." and was promised next morning and a full reimbursement. Next morning picked up clothes on the way to airport. No refund yet. Came in to get refund. Denied. Called back to seek refund. Told I was guaranteed % refund. They said 100% it will be ready Tuesday morning. Called Wednesday for refund. I was told they would NOT refund. I said not only will you lose a customer but you will lose my respect. They refused to accommodate me. It's simple manners, relationships and honesty. It looks like "they took me to the cleaners."

My experience with OXXO cleaners has generally been positive. For basic dry cleaning, they do good…read morework, and I appreciated their ability to remove makeup stains around the collar of shirts. However, I learned the hard way that it's best to be proactive and point out any stains that need to be treated. When I dropped off my garments, I had stains on some of them, and I wanted to discuss these with the staff. When I tried to do so, the front desk person assured me that all stains would be taken care of without me needing to point them out. Unfortunately, when I picked up my garments, I found that most of the stains I had identified were still there. As a result, I had to have half of my garments redone. I believe that if the front intake person had listened to me and allowed me to point out each of the stains initially, they could have been appropriately treated during the dry cleaning process. When I'm told that stains will be self-identified and I don't have to worry about it, I expect the garments to be in perfect condition when I come to pick them up. It's frustrating to have to return for half of my clothes to be retreated, especially after I've already paid and dropped off my dry cleaning. In terms of value, it is on the higher end in cost. I wish you all better dry cleaning experience.
