Not only did they have the mic, they even caught I had the initial wrong one. Good price, HONEST, and fast service. I got a chance to see some of the work they were doing in their shop and it looked amazing. They had one truck fired up and the sound was really good. You could tell that they really took the time to make sure their customers are satisfied, and that their work was above, and beyond what the average shop provides. If I was there for information they always took their time with me and I never felt like I was bothering them or they wanted me to either spend money or leave. The first experience I was looking for a dash cam for my wife's car. They gave me their input on the best choice (on Amazon) and told me they would install it if I brought it in. They could have easily sold me something for more money, but they had our best interest at heart. I followed their advice, bought it on Amazon and brought it in to be installed. It cost less than their original estimate. Who does that? Then I needed to replace the stereo in my 1996 Electra Glide as it had seen better days. Everyone else I talked to wanted to sell me a $3500 unit for a $7000 motorcycle. These guys recognized exactly what I needed and worked with me. Again they helped me find a part on Amazon that they couldn't get through their suppliers and upgraded my speakers for a better sound at 80 mph. These guys will always be my go-to people. They are honest, down to earth, reliable and fun to work with. I recommend you not waste your time shopping around when these guys are right around the corner. They gave me a tour of the shop and showed me some of the intricate work they do on show vehicles, boats, custom work and everyday vehicles.
