And that's more than they deserve. They are not factory authorized by anyone. I bought a complete system. I removed it all. There is no dedication to the industry. They just want to make money. My suggestion, go to the manufacturers website. They will tell you who is authorized. I should of had Autozone install my stuff. read more

I purchased an aftermarket car stereo for my 2004 toyota and had it installed here. I emailed the owner , David, through the yelp app, and asked for a price estimate. I also checked to see if they could install a unit that wasn't purchased at their store if i bought all of the needed parts (wire harnesses,trim plate, etc). . David wrote me back the same day and gave me a price quote.The unit that I selected was a pioneer avh 1300-nex with apple car play. Most installers would run a usb cable through the glove compartment from the back of the unit to attach to your phone. I had purchased a flush mount usb port to install where my cigarette lighter was for a cleaner look on the dash. They installed that for me too, at a reasonable price. See my profile photos for the finished product. The updated stereo works great and makes my car feel like new! They did a nice job on the installation with no damage to the dash or trim. Professional Car Audio? What an oxymoron. If professional means competent, they are more than incompetent. Here's the story on my requested installation. On Thursday night, when returning from Fresno to Strathmore, my life saving portable oxygen concentrator, a brand new rental machine, shorted out my cigarette lighter fuse & receptacle. I unplugged & tried to use the onboard lithium battery. As my prescribed liter-per-minute use 24 hours a day is so high, the battery was quickly "dead". I then used my supplemental tank for 10 minutes before it was empty. I cannot be without supplemental oxygen for more than 5 minutes or I lose consciousness. My husband & I were less than half way home. I had to call 9-11 and be taken by ambulance to the hospital. The next day, I contacted my mechanic & manufacturer to try & determine what had happened & make repairs. As I have a very important Doctor appt. Tuesday in Los Angeles, I had to be able to use the portable machine in my vehicle to travel for treatment Monday morning. The determination was made that my vehicle was too old and could not use the d/c power plug in. They told me that an in-line inverter directly wired to the battery would allow me to use the oxygen concentrator to go to UCLA for my urgent appointment. Called several audio stores to try to get an appt. & complete work by Monday morning. Found only 2 businesses who could do the installation on Saturday. Decided to go to the nearest business after being told that the the installation could be completed by end of day on Saturday. Made an appointment for a 2pm. Saturday appt. with George for installation of the critical inverter. I briefly told him of my situation & how important it was to have it completed by Monday. He assured that the job could be done Saturday afternoon. Arrived for scheduled appointment at 2pm Saturday, 4/20. I had 2 fully charged batteries & a/c power charger for the concentrator. I can plug in the machine in to a wall outlet if needed. Had to wait 15 or so for George to come to our vehicle. I had already told him our vehicle year & make. He told me that he did not have the correct inverter at his business & that WE would have to go to Harbor Freight in Visalia to get the part. What? At 2:30 pm? I called Harbor Freight to make sure they had the correct inverter. George spoke with them & the part was located. I asked HFreight to save the inverter for me & we would rush to pick it up. After placing the part on hold, George informs me that it was too late & he could not do the installation until Monday. After all this bullshit, I would have to cancel an appointment I had waited for 2 months for a treatment to perhaps SAVE my life. George had 3 other customers scheduled before my appointment. These customers with perhaps a stereo installation were his top priority?? It was now almost 3pm & no other business would be able to help me before Monday when I had to travel to LA. I will have to reschedule my urgent appointment for months from now. Understand that this was a mandatory treatment for my lung failure! George brusquely left my vehicle as I told him how unprofessional & thoughtless his actions were. He didn't seem to give a shit! He never came back. We left thoroughly disgusted by his lack of any empathy or caring for my desperate situation. I would NEVER recommend this business to my worst enemy. Absolutely despicable. read more

If you need a interlock for your car DO NOT ! Go to these guys for installation . Have no "physical proof" but before I brought my car it was fine everything worked fine , after installation the first time the employee returned my keys saying "it was hard to get the key out" remember this line . I notice my A/C wasn't working properly , and my lights would go to my high beam instead of the regular lights when turning them on. Brought it back they said " For your lights you probably pushed them in " which I'm not a fucking idiot I know the difference between pushing the high beams and just turning the light . After this my key became hard to get out of ignition . I though it was the lock cylinder (which I replaced and got a new key) took the car to a mechanic thinking it was the ignition . They said it's oddly a electrical problem for the key won't come out, make sense right? Last people to work on it with wires is? You guessed it Professional car and audio . So they won't take fault saying "it's always had this problem when we worked on it " oh well I say . Paying for a service that I can't even drive my car and have to find a way around this issue . Service is excellent, very clean installs for an OK price. BUT after paying around $1500 for a Rockford Fosgate "System" (1 Amp, 4 speakers, 2 tweeters, and 1 processor). After a couple days with it, I got curious and began to look up prices of my parts. After checking sonixelectronics.com, very reliable and excellent website, my parts that I included only cost me around $580 after tax and shipping. I paid over $900 just in parts alone and I didn't get anything I wouldn't have had by ordering them. I recommend buying the parts and have them install. I recently had a new Apple play sound system installed in my car. I am very happy with the assistance I received and the timely installation. I accidentally dimmed the screen and could not see anything on the screen while driving. I stopped by for help and received immediate assistance and my stereo is perfect again. This store never has anything in stock, doesn't care to give a time when it will be in stock or if the other stores have it. Went in to the olive store for a alarm to get installed said they couldn't schedule us ... went to Tulare got us in the same day. Now with the Tulare store they did very sloppy work... broke the plastic over under the steering wheel that covers all the wires and left the hood open. Drove away and it swung open on me. Very poor customer service I'd take your money else where. read more

Went to their Tulare location for a quote. The manager, David, beat 2 other quotes I had and with better products. Took my car in yesterday for a complete system upgrade. They took all day to do the job, which is fine, didn't want it rushed, when I picked it up last night, Wow! First of all, you can't even tell they were in there, very clean install. As far as quality of the product they sold me, excellent! Besides all the fingerprints they left on my brand new black car, I'm very satisfied with their work! The price we agreed on is exactly what I paid, I'll be back soon for more upgrades. read more
