Not only did they have the mic, they even caught I had the initial wrong one. Good price, HONEST, and fast service. I got a chance to see some of the work they were doing in their shop and it looked amazing. They had one truck fired up and the sound was really good. You could tell that they really took the time to make sure their customers are satisfied, and that their work was above, and beyond what the average shop provides. I highly recommend this place as a former installer myself, this is a place I would bring my car too from Fresno. Great job guys !!!

Finally cancels the tow at 4pm. They would not respond to my texts. I don't know if it's automated or what. But the shop I was trying to tow it to was not taking cars anymore that late. I was told we could try again the next day. I called this shop to verify the name as to not leave this on the wrong shop and all he said was you the guy for the tow. I told him I canceled it and my reasoning for calling and he just said ok and hung up. Or stopped talking. Either way they were done with me. After reading other reviews. I'm not alone. Thank god my kid or wife wasn't on the side of the freeway. This shop is a joke. See picture of text. It's timed stamped of then they got the request and when I finally started trying to get someone on the phone.
