All I can say is that I hope I have these people in my life for awhile, from the beginning to now being a recent graduate; they have been honest, professional, a friend, and educational. I've learned more than what I wanted here, I think that anyone even interested in bartending should come in for a tour and possibly even an intro class. They help you to understand the craft of being a mixologist, important things to know about the job, and even have a great job placement program. This school is awesome. I had the opportunity to learn from all three instructors during my two week course, and they are all professional, engaging, and extremely knowledgeable! Oh, and THE TEXTBOOK IS INCREDIBLE! Rachel, Jackie, Theresa, and Larry all want you to succeed. Took the premium class a few months back, it was totally worth the time and money. Super fun class very outgoing and informative staff -- all around great time! If your even slightly interested call them and get a tour and ask away, one of the few places I've delt with that hasn't treated any question as a dumb one even if it was lol. Signed up for the 2-week mixology course and graduated knowing I made the right decision to go through training before trying to find a job. The textbook is very user friendly and they have the course schedule planned out to where it is very easy to learn everything in those 2 weeks. It's a lot of information and does require some outside studying, but definitely worth your time and money if you want to get a job feeling confident in your skills. I am a very hands on learner and having the ability to practice all of the drinks and make mistakes before getting into the Work place takes a lot of pressure off instead of learning everything on the job and practicing in front of customers. Here you have the freedom to make mistakes and ask a lot of questions with little to no consequence. Loved my time here and highly recommend to anyone wanting to bartend. read more

As a person over 30 and recently getting out of the military after 15 years, I needed a change of pace and I decided to take the 2 week Premier Course in my free time. I cannot say enough good about Larry Stratton as a teacher and Rachel as a co owner of the business. I paid in advance when they were running a discount and I had gotten ill and had to keep postponing my start date. All they wanted me to do was get well-there was no questioning about doctor notes, etc, I was treated kindly. I had always been a good student in most settings I was in, but I was out of any learning environment since I had fairly seriously concussion a few years before and I didn't have my normal amount of confidence. I still have "moments" but was eager to go in and learn. I was a little apprehensive because there was a LOT of information to digest, but I needed to get into a more reliable work situation. Larry was 100% encouraging, thorough and made the learning experience fun by including unique historical information about the history of beer, wine and spirits, how certain drinks came about, etc. The teaching method this school has is so entirely unique and LOGICALLY PRESENTED that even if I had come in SOONER post concussion, I feel like I would still have NO CHOICE BUT TO SUCCEED if I appropriately applied myself, which I DID DO. One thing that makes them different is that their textbook is not shared with any other bartending school in the COUNTRY and the lesson plan is unique. This logical presentation is what made it success the only option. ****WHAT YOU GET HERE IS NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE COUNTRY*** It is not mentioned during the tour, but the school has consistently been voted the #1 Bartending school in the United States in the PBSA. There is extra practice time if you want it, questions are always welcome and encouraged. I have my practical test in the next day or two and I'm eager to get started. The "Job Placement" speaks for itself when you walk in. A brother of my friend mine attended shortly after the school opened and through networking through bartending is now making around $250K per year. Worth every penny. The classes move quickly but with plenty of time to learn the drinks. They are fun which helps the time pass quickly. I am a recent grad from the premier mixology program & it was overall a wonderful experience. I work a full-time job, but I was still able to attend the classes because they have flexible schedules. Larry answered all of my questions when I walked in on a Friday, he made me feel welcome and at ease. Rachel, Teresa & Sara are all wonderful at what they do with great personalities that make it fun & easy to learn. The cost wasn't a big deal for me, but if money is tight for you, they have payment plans for your budget. They want to help you learn & get out there and make great money. With the Premier program you get lifetime job assistance & the opportunity to practice at their facility when you need to. Lifetime job assistance by itself is pretty amazing, but it also applies if you move to North Dakota or Nevada, there are schools all over & help is always one call away. I think this would be a great program for anyone looking to make good money, it's great for college students & even military spouses who have to relocate often, no matter where you move to, you can find a bartending job. This School is fantastic! I didn't realize how fun this class would be, from the instructor to my fellow classmates. I recommend this course to anyone thinking of becoming a bartendar! Greatest place! LOVE this place-where the ten star button! Completed my bartending training, professional bartending training. Loved the staff, it was super fun, they help you learn so much and practice making drinks and help you with job placement. They give your resources to bartend, a book, help you with ideas to be the best mixologist- you are so eager you go home and mix drinks until you get a job. Any schedule conflicts they will help you work out if you tell them a head of time or ask if you can make up the time. Its hard work but its so fun!!! read more
