Great place for SATs reviews and college resources. Every month SAT reviews go over the same items so don't recommend going every month.

However, when we asked for a paper agreement to hold the date, she said they "didn't usually do them." When we insisted that for a corporate event with lots of money on the line (our entire booth is supposed to be themed around the sloth), we needed at least SOME kind of agreement and deposit in place, she promised multiple times across two phone calls to send us something...but never did. Two different members of our team tried patiently to follow up with her for OVER THREE WEEKS via email, phone, and text message. We didn't even get the courtesy of a simple message back saying she couldn't do it, and frankly, it left us in a difficult position and created reputation risk for us with other vendors. I absolutely cannot recommend this mobile zoo if you need someone reliable for your event, and candidly, the lack of responsiveness we received is hard NOT to perceive as extremely rude. It's sad, too -- a member of our team apparently saw this zoo present at a different event and said it was good. But how would you even know they were going to show up? I see they have lots of good reviews, but they all seem to be old. I can only guess they must be missing whatever management they used to have. All around just a huge bummer.

They are slow like they are portrayed. They are nocturnal. They eat veggies and fruit. They poop once a week and only at night. Who would have know ? I didn't book this experience, but the handler was accommodating. We were able to meet Osa in her environment, but I do understand that they can take her to your home too. Definitely a great experience It's my understanding, that these animals are all rescued.

Instead they let him cry the whole time he was there, and out of two weeks of going they only picked him up once. I watched on the camera app (which is very grainy and has no sound) and the teachers would literally just ignore him. There's no cameras outside and I had enough of this place when I surprise picked him up and he was sitting outside in the heat next to the door scream crying and no one was paying him any attention. They said he had been crying the whole time. I literally can't believe it. Pick him up! Nurture him! Help him feel safe! Instead they took away his stuffed animal puppy and just let him cry. Sending my 18 month old boy to this place is my biggest regret as a parent so far.

Starting something new can be intimidating, but the staff does a great job of making you feel like you actually belong there--not just another name on a roster. The instructors are hands-on and seem genuinely invested in helping students succeed, not just pass. You can tell they want you to get it, not just memorize it. What stood out most was the focus on real-world preparation. It's not just theory--you're actually learning skills you can use, which makes a huge difference. Is it fast-paced? Yes. Will you need to stay focused? Absolutely. But if you're serious about leveling up and creating opportunities for yourself, this is the kind of place that can help you do it.

They told him a conduct violation but my husband is a by the rules kind of guy and if anything he is a workaholic. He actually cares about the students and has been told by most of them that they were so glad he was teaching them because he actually taught when some of the instructors were breaking rules and would just put on YouTube the entire class time not my husband. Not only that but he would work the majority of time way past his required time to work just so he would have his work done for his bosses and his students. My husband was telling me this is possibly wrongful retaliation because he wanted better systems in place for the students and their success and because he disagreed with another higher up, mind you respectfully. They decided this underhanded, corrupt and vindictive decision was the best way to deal with it. But that's ok because what goes around comes around it's called Karma and one day everyone gets theirs, and yes I'm talking directly to you who had a part to play in this decision. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow but one day Karma will pay you a visit and you know what? We will pray that she has mercy on you just because that is the kind of people we are. How can you people do this to people who are already living paycheck to paycheck and barely getting by on wrongful grounds??!! What I can tell students past and present who have respect for my husband is continue to do well he would want that. As for me I would personally tell you to protest his firing after all I'm not affiliated with the school in any way and last time I checked a large group of individuals protesting can make a change. Also, students be careful with this school I suggest you look into the civil lawsuits they have been in for San Antonio. Including other lawsuits they have been in just type in their name and put litigation history. I know of 3 of the top of my head in 10 years. If you are looking for employment, trust me don't apply here they have overworked my husband for many years now and the effort and time put in by the employees is just not worth it in the end. This isn't the first time I have heard of people from his work being fired for reasons that just are flat out stupid and are straight up wrongful termination as well as them not wanting to pay people for time worked. So in my opinion as a graduate of A&M university with a Bachelor's in science and a minor in psychology, who also held a scholarship from the dean of science at A&M(TRANCHE), find somewhere else to go to school and to work. Avoid this place at all cost because if they have already had three litigation suits against them there are only going to be more that directly affect the students and the staff. They obviously don't support military with the way they have treated my husband who is a retired Navy vet who was honorably discharged .

Daily event Each morning when we drop my son off, there is very few staff that have arrived to work. Because of this all of the children are blended in to one room. I have personally witnessed on multiple occasions at least 25 children to one overwhelmed looking "caregiver". I have also seen this towards the end of the day with 12 to 15 children and just one "caregiver". Event 1 My son came home with the worst diaper rash that I've ever seen on any of my children despite my wife and I's efforts to mitigate it as we saw it getting worse. Each time we would check him we discovered that he was always in someone else's diaper (not the ones we send) and that the inside of his cheeks weren't clean from prior movements. We then discovered that they don't have a changing table and thus they change my son standing up. Event 2 My wife picked up my son from daycare one evening, and he was sitting in the corner by himself, and appeared to be eating. He didn't immediately run to her which was odd so she asked the "caregiver" if he was eating. The "caregiver" replied, "yeah I think he's eating Play-Doh" my wife asked her why she would knowingly let a child eat Play-Doh as she took it away from my son and the "caregiver" responded, " Oh, I think he just put it in his mouth". my wife immediately went to the lady that sits in the front desk, her boss, and had the same conversation with her and to my wife's disbelief. The lady replied all of our " oh, the teacher probably knew it was nontoxic but I'll tell her that we don't encourage Play-doh eating" My wife explained that we do not want our son eating Play-Doh and ended the conversation. Event 3 We picked up my son with a scratch that went over his eye from the eyebrow down to under his eye and his entire side of his face bright red like he had been hit in the face (he's 2). He was telling us someone hit him. The "caregivers" had no idea how it happened nor did we get a call about what happened. Later that evening we see the report that said something along the the lines of he was scratched by a friend. This was it nothing more no call no nothing. Event 4 Tonight we picked up my son covered in Paint. His brand new shoes were covered. His shirt was covered, and his pants were covered. Everything about this tells me they're not watching my kid. Sending my child to a daycare that cost about $1200 a month should not result in me spending additional money to replace my children's clothing. Each evening when we pick up our son, he's not even being watched the "caregivers" seem to be more preoccupied with cleaning up the place so that they can go home then they are watching our children. Although I cannot speak to fact, for all hours of the day, I can speak to what I've personally seen. The place appears to be severely understaffed and the "caregivers" Appear to be damn near children themselves (very young adults). my wife and I are tired of it and even if this place was free I wouldn't send my child here. we will be pulling my son out in the coming weeks as a result of everything listed above.

It's so hard for a new parent to entrust what initially amounts to a building full of strangers with your most fragile family member, but now after over a year and having watched our child progress through rooms 1, 2, 3, and now 4 I can say that it feels more like a second home than a day care facility. Everyone knows our son by name, the leadership is always front and center and quick to respond to any concerns. It's just a warm and welcoming place where your child will learn, grow and be cared for.
