Still really digging this produce Junction. I walked out of there today with a bag of lemons a bag of limes blueberries, salted cashews at a third of the price they would be at a supermarket. The staff here are very nice and work very hard. Tip: When the parking outside and on the side fills up there's an additional 10 spaces in back of the building. read more

Ever find something with such a great price and quality that you just don't care about the negative stuff? Welcome to Produce Junction, with a huge selection of veggies and fruit--cheaper than any store in the area (including Costco) with most items of superior quality to anything but Whole Foods and Wegmans. (But considering that PJ is easily 50-75% cheaper than those stores, who cares?) My family's intake of fresh vegetables and fruits has probably tripled since I discovered this place, which is a huge thing because my son pretty much eats his weight in fruit and now we can actually afford to keep up with his habits! They have a great selection of South American, Caribbean, and Asian veggies too. And most amazing of all, they have cheap, good mangoes -- never thought I'd see that in the states. So what's wrong? Well, the place can often be packed wall to wall, even in this COVID era, which is mighty unpleasant. Checkout lines can stretch to 30 min at busy times. Service is friendly but sometimes slow, and carts can be in short supply because employees don't gather them from the parking lot. (And jerk customers don't return them!) But hey, when I can pick up 30 pounds of veggies for $20, I just don't care. read more

Amazing prices for really tasty and fresh fruit and vegetables. Nectarines-$2.00 a bag, raspberries, $1.50, oranges $2.00 for five pounds, baking potatoes $2.00 for five pounds, and flowers for unreal, low prices. I highly recommend avoiding the groceries stores where you would pay at least double to triple in prices compared to here. Definitely worth making the extra trip and buying all of your fruits and vegetables here. read more

Was there today 6.29.2020, Two men came in without their masks customers pointed it out to management. The MOD did absolutely nothing they let them continue shopping after the man threw a fit exclaiming that they were going to call the cops. There are a lot of senior citizens that shop at this produce Junction that were not comfortable you could clearly see it and yet nothing was done I approached one of the gentleman and asked him kindly if he could please wear a mask and he's responded with " and what's NEXT!" Sir there are older people who are at high risk for getting sick, it's not for your own safety it's others. Myself or my family will not be back read more

This is from a pedestrian point of view. I don't drive. There is only one driveway in and out which makes it dangerous imo for people walking on the sidewalk. The food is ok but its exposed to the elements. Ill buy it if its in a box or in an unopened bag. They are super cheap. Ill give them that. But Im not going back until they get 2 driveways in there. read more

I used to shop here when I lived in PA. The prices are dirt cheap. We made the drive from DE to see if it was as good as it used to be. Eggs for $1, huge bag of spinach for $4, and a bunch of baby's breath for $3. I spent $30 on produce that would have been at least double at the grocery store, if not more. I just hate they only take cash, and you have to pay for fruit and vegetables separately. But it's worth the inconvenience for the cheap prices. read more

My friend has been telling me about this joint for a few months and I was really excited to check it out. We rolled up to a rather-full parking lot that was kind of difficult to maneuver between oddly-parked cars and people walking around. The place is really small but is jam-packed with lots of great deals on bulk fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. They were really low on a lot of things that were out in the store and there were a LOT of people in there and it got cramped really fast. You want to get all of the stuff that you need from the open space first and then go to the counter with those items and order the items that are behind the counter/ask questions. Make sure you know exactly what you want when you get up there, list in hand, or you'll take forever. The line in this place can get ridiculous really quick so try to get in and get out as soon as possible. They only take cash or food stamps, so don't come here with a credit/debit card! You also want to bring your on reusable bags. read more

Oh, how I miss having Produce Junction!! Unfortunately, these don't exist on the West Coast and there are poor imitations of this place there. The produce always looks super fresh here and it's dirt cheap. So cheap, that you could easily buy produce here that is3-4x cheaper than at your super market. Things will literally go for $1 in huge bags!! And they also have a great flower section as well!! The orchids were BEAUTIFUL!! And only for $5!!!! I have NEVER seen them go for that cheap before....I wish I could take them with me to Seattle :(. We will continue doing our shopping here :) Pros: - Clean environment - Produce is fresh - Inexpensive and produce comes in huge handfuls! Cons: - Cash only....but if you bring $10, you will easily be able to buy everything that you need for a Sunday dinner - Maybe if you don't like to shop when it gets a little crowded....but there really are no cons about this place. Why I gave it a 5..... Fresh produce that is so cheap it will make you cry out with joy! There is a huge variety of items and there is also a very nice flower section as well. Never again! I bought potatoes, tomatoes, and peppers on top of many many other vegetables. The potatoes were actually dripping from being rotten! The tomatoes were bruised! To the point I had to toss them as well and the peppers were just as nasty. Onions molded within a day of bringing them to my home, the white roses just died.... Never opened. They hide everything so you can't see the quality! Don't go! Acme and Giant you know what you are getting. read more

Nice selection of fruits' veggies and flowers. Its cash only. Everything is fresh and considerably cheaper than any supermarket. The main gripe is that's its so busy that the staff can't usually help out and answer questions. Also, you can't pick and choose some of the produce because they come pre wrapped. read more

If you want a case of lettuce or squash, you'll see how much you can save over individual supermarket purchases. The produce is fine. However, it's Covid19. I'm in an at risk group. I'm in the checkout line at Produce Junction in Boothwyn, PA this morning. The woman in front of me has pushed her mask off ( she had it pushed below her nose anyway). I politely say, "Ma'am I'm at risk. I'd appreciate it if you could put your mask on." She stares at me and ignores me. No one in the store, management or otherwise, challanges her. This is hoe people get sick. Excellent place to shop for veggies and fruits (and I see flowers too). I used to burn my pockets for buying groceries in California and this place is like a jackpot. Everything is cheap and of good quality. The staff are very friendly too. Parking is little tricky at times and they don't accept cards, but overall it is a good place. read more

The best prices on produce and local eggs around. eggs are usually around 3doz/$5, $2 pineapples, $4 watermelons, $1/5lbs potatoes, huge bags of greenbeans and carrots galore! They also have a nice gardening/flower dept and affordable X-mas trees during the holidays. But I only hit the produce. They only take cash but it's so worth it. I can fill my fridge to the overflow point with only $20-$30. If they had shopping carts I would be in trouble. :) read more

My first trip to a produce junction was to the location in Dover, DE with my dad. At that time, the produce junction in his area only took cash. I was so happy to have found a location in PA and on top of that, was even more thrilled to know that they DO take card payment. The parking lot at this location can get pretty busy, so I tend to just park in the back to avoid traffic. I come here at least once a week to stock up on fruit and veggies, and of course to check out their seasonal flower/plant selection, and any seasonal decorations they may have. Their costs are a fraction of what you would pay in a supermarket! The staff here are always friendly and are always busy! During one of my visits I picked up a large ripe papaya that had some bad/moldy spots on it that I hadn't noticed. The person at the register noticed, kindly let me know, and allowed me to go pick up a new one because he did not want me to pay for something that wasn't good. I was shocked that someone actually took the time to do this and wasn't just in a rush to ring people out and send them on their way. Always a great experience here, and you will definitely get more bang for your buck. read more
