Knowing this with a personal project coming up, my husband and I started the hunt for a great contractor early. We were given Mr. Reagan's name as a referral - the best way to get the best people! Brian was honest about being several months out regarding scheduling our project, but was available to answer any questions we had in the meantime, driving over to measure/answer questions AFTER finishing a day's work on another project. Also, having a contractor with working knowledge of newer products / tried-and-true products PLUS the backlog of shipping was invaluable for us. He was also knowledgeable about what we could / couldn't do and offered options, allowing us full control of any decision-making. We are currently putting the finishing touches on it ourselves, but would never had made it this far without Reagan Remodeling. Need a referral, drop me a line! -Lori Hoke-Oder

Brian Reagan and his team are talented, reliable, and incredibly trustworthy. Brian has completed two full bathroom remodel projects for me in my 1904 home and the results were outstanding. His attention to detail is truly remarkable; and this drive for excellence makes a vast difference in the end result. The details he integrated into my bathrooms, such as custom edging Carrara marble tiles and exacting placement of a mosaic floor, made my projects truly special. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, and comfortable working with high end materials and finishes to help you achieve the kitchen, bath, or other custom project of your dreams! Please do consider Reagan Remodeling for your next project if you want exceptional work that is done on time, and on budget. I was under the impression that these were direct employees of his, his crew. Basically he was acting as a general contractor that hired another company or hired some people looking for work. Not really sure here. I realize I made some changes, but they were clear and written in a revised proposal. I didn't want the doors painted, then I got a phone call that they were painted. Sure, he didn't charge me for this, but that is proper after all. I didn't want the trim painted, and paid for that, because I missed it in the proposal. My fault. They also painted the hardware for opening/closing the windows, those were metal and need the proper paint, I did have them take that off. The house didn't have flooring in, so I was asked about drop cloths, I said use them but don't worry too much about a few paint splatters. However, I did indicate that I wasn't removing the slate flooring and to be careful. Here is a big fail, many paint spots. He tried to have them clean it up. Now the floor is sticky, you can here the soles of your shoes and feel it too. He tried cleaning that up, when it wasn't done, he offered to do it again. I really felt he had done enough. I'm still trying to find a way to clean this up, because it's sticky any dust or what not sticks to it. It's really upsetting, as I loved this detail. I will look to bring in some professionals and see what this will set me back. There's also spots on the bathroom floors, which were also said that I wasn't removing. And those doors that were painted, they weren't dry and were closed, now that paint has popped off, so I have to touch that up, or maybe just start replacing doors. I realize also this review is a year since the work was done, I was in the middle of doing the rest of the work this last year. I almost considered them for doing the kitchen rehab. I really feel I dodged a bullet there. Noah, is a nice man, I think his intentions are good. However, the whole interior project was a mess, left me very frustrated, and I have projects left to do because of it. I don't think he checked up on the work as it was being done, and I don't think he looked at it after until I contacted him. Paint shouldn't have been on that slate, nor should you stick to your floor. I also had to point on paint spots on light fixtures, that should've been cleaned. Just no.
