Hello! I am a tenant here, and my roommate and I have been staying at Franklin for two years. Just…read morein the last few days of our lease term, we experienced an extremely scary security incident. My roommate moved out early, and I stayed until the last day of the lease, the 28th. 27th, I moved my stuff to my new place and decided to sleep in the new place because it was too late and decided to check the room with the office early the next morning. However, the next morning at nine o'clock, when I opened the door with the key, the scene inside shocked me, almost all the remaining things were thrown in the aisle, the emptied room inexplicably had an extra box and the hair dryer I put on the table ready to take in the morning, I found it had disappeared. To add insult to injury, my delivery box was opened, perhaps because the contents were worthless garbage bags, all of which were not taken. When the manager came to check the room, I explained the situation, but the manager named Lucia immediately denied it, saying that no one could have come in, and tried to blame me, saying that I did not lock the door, but the truth is that I locked the door, and twisted a hand to test whether it was tightly closed when I left. The next day, it wasn't until another staff member saw someone looking for the box that had appeared in my room that I realized that someone had broken into the house in the middle of the night. Upon inquiry, I found out that this person was not a tenant of the apartment but had somehow gotten Franklin's access card to break in and had falsely claimed to be my friend to escape arrest because he saw my delivery name. I didn't know this person, let alone know him. If I hadn't decided to stay temporarily in my new home, I don't know what kind of danger I would have faced. After the office checked with me, I expected to receive follow-up results. However, nothing came back, and even when I specifically went over to the person in charge to ask for an explanation, their attitude suddenly changed. One of the staff said that there was nothing they could do and they were not the police so they couldn't control it, what was lost was lost, there was nothing they could do. And Lucia, the manager, indicated that this apartment has never had any security problems. Only we encountered it, and it must be our own problem. It was due to our own negligence that caused the thief to break into the house. I really can't accept this argument. If I hadn't moved, how would my personal safety be guaranteed? Should we also ignore and excuse each other like this? And more importantly, this apartment still has many homeless people entering the door late at night after strengthening the security door, which was caught on surveillance. Now security warnings are posted in the apartment regularly, which I have filmed. How can this MANAGER, Lucia, attribute such dangerous security issues to the residents? And from the beginning to the end, the staff never apologized for the incident, said they were sorry, always condescendingly denied the incident, and shrugged off the responsibility. Really disappointed.

Their level of incompetence is beyond imagination. My mother works a night shift -- a tiring, physically demanding job -- and yet when she comes home late at night, she's forced to climb four floors because of an ongoing problem they refuse to fix. This has been going on for a long time, and every summer they pull out the same tired excuses. They walk around acting like they manage a property worth over a billion dollars, when in reality they couldn't even handle a place worth $500. The most ridiculous part? The issue we deal with here doesn't even happen in other buildings -- it's unique to ours because of their laziness and mismanagement. This management team is not only unprofessional but also an active nuisance, constantly making residents' lives harder. One star is too kind, but it's the lowest I can give. Blueprint Management, stop being pests, stop being jerks, and start doing your job.

This building used to be cared for and the tenants used to be treated like people, until unitiiPM purchased in July. The parking lot has not been cleared of snow at all in the entire winter season. The amount of ice is incredibly dangerous and has been a barrier for many of the residents. There have been locks broken and not fixed for days. Suddenly, packages are going missing constantly. The property is not being cleaned at a noticeable frequency. The building manager(s) do not a give any care for the tenants nor treat them in a respectable manner. Complaints go unheard. My partner and I had planned to stay here long term. We had built a home here, as so many of the other residents in our building have. 2 weeks after my partner complains to the head office about the parking lot accessibility issues, we received a notice of non-renewal for our lease. We will now be leaving a place we once loved that has turned to absolute crap since this building management company purchased the building. unitiiPM, please remember that the places you are managing are people's HOMES. not just a place where you are making money.
