I find that customer service is a tough thing to receive now a days. After working with Jessie on…read morethe sale of my condo I am absolutely blown away. I previously put my condo up for sale and didn't really have much luck, the pictures were dark and did not show it off to the best it could, the realtor did not really seem to care or help me out too much. I felt as though I was low on the radar. I decided to go to the google machine to see who were the top realtors in Edmonton. After looking through the top 10 I saw the information on Sara Jessie Real Estate. The photo alone drew me in to see their website as some of the others had nothing by their name. I got a really good first impression by their website and decided to contact them. I received a response before the end of the night saying Jessie would call me the next day to talk. She let me know that they specialize in condos which was great news for me as that was what I was trying to sell. We set up a time to meet and she came well prepared with a kit to help de-clutter the space. She gave great tips and was very professional while being very warm and easy to talk to. She had a professional photographer come in and take the photos within a couple days of signing the papers and the pictures were amazing! She was great at keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was going on. Tara was the contact that I had to discuss showing and such with, she was absolutely amazing as well. 100% loved working with her. My sale was not an easy one and Jessie worked hard to get me what I wanted and also try to make things as smooth as possible. It was a stressful time and she made it not as bad as it could have been. They also provide a cleaning service for when you move out so then you don't have to worry about that! What a great deal! Both of the ladies offered to help in any way they could and were just a pleasure to deal with. I did not get the chance to work with Sara but I am sure she is just as great. Hands down would recommend this group of amazing women to anyone. I have never felt so taken care of and cared about, it was not about the money as paying for their services was never a concern to me because they have given so much added value I am absolutely amazed. Kind regards and many thanks, Ashley

This building used to be cared for and the tenants used to be treated like people, until unitiiPM purchased in July. The parking lot has not been cleared of snow at all in the entire winter season. The amount of ice is incredibly dangerous and has been a barrier for many of the residents. There have been locks broken and not fixed for days. Suddenly, packages are going missing constantly. The property is not being cleaned at a noticeable frequency. The building manager(s) do not a give any care for the tenants nor treat them in a respectable manner. Complaints go unheard. My partner and I had planned to stay here long term. We will now be leaving a place we once loved that has turned to absolute crap since this building management company purchased the building. unitiiPM, please remember that the places you are managing are people's HOMES. not just a place where you are making money.
