We lost our home to the wildfire in July 2024. We were left with a decision to rebuild or to sell, and move on. We made the decision to rebuild and decided to head into the city, and stop in @ Jandel homes, as we had passed them numerous times on the highway. This is where we met Brian MacInnes. He was so patient and courteous with us. He expressed how sorry he was about the devastation in Jasper, and took us on a tour to visit the different show homes on the lot. We originally had a manufactured home, and when the devastation of our own was upon us, we had decided that we would like something similiar. We had our tour and looked at different sizes and told Brian, we would be back. We came back the very next day to look at different sized units. We then travelled back to Jasper, and were left with a very hard decision as to what we wanted. It was here that Brian had his work cut out for him. I am not sure he knew what he was in for when he met us. We had pushed the envelope numerous times on requests, questions and changes in plans. We exchanged numerous consultations, e-mails, and phone calls, with Brian. He was always professional and very accommodating. After many hurdles of policies, insurance, timelines, costs, we had decided on something very similiar to what we had before the fire. We have to say that the quality and style of the Jandel homes are absolutely beautiful. Their construction and design are that of a stick build, although they are conveniently build in warehouses and therefore unexposed to weather. They can be ordered and delivered within a timely manner. We are at the final stage and reviewing our decision with colors, layouts, add ins, take outs. We will continues to recommend Jandel homes, and also suggest you meet with Brian MacInnes and his team.
Sincerely,
Cindy and Kevin Alton
