Jeff is a great mechanic for simple jobs. When it comes to more complicated bigger jobs you're better off going to someone with more experience. Jeff failed to properly diagnose my vehicle and it cost me money when I paid for service which should've fixed my vehicle but did not. Jeff also has a little bit of a communication problem, ask him to do one thing and he'll tell you something else and make excuses. I would like to further add that in the summer of 2019 I had Jeff work on my newly purchased toyota cam. I had left Jeff with the task of replacing my timing belt along with all the other necessary parts that go with a timing belt job. During the teardown of my engine he told me that he was unable to remove the water pump from my engine. He informed me that I had no choice but to either call in some "specialist" and pay lots of money to have it removed or to leave it in. Jeff assured me that the water pumps in Toyota's can sometimes last life of the vehicle. I trusted him to do a timing belt job on my vehicle and in January 2020 my timing belt failed and left me stranded on the highway leaving me with expensive options to take my car to the shop to have an actual licensed mechanic that knows what he is doing. Tlex auto had inspected my car and determined that whomever worked on my car(Jeff from JNA auto) did a very poor job of replacing the timing belt he described the job as being done carelessly and recklessly as in one of bolts were not torqued down. My water pump had indeed been leaking and in need of replacement which they had no problems getting out. Another $1000 dollars later my car had been in working condition again. Had my car been an interference engine I would of been forced to scrap my car and get another. WARNING TO ALL DO NOT GO HERE FOR QUALITY SERVICE WORK!

They did not call me for a month and when I'm calling them they are not available. so I decided to look for a real mechanic who can do a real diagnosis of my car, and I found this placecalled Reliance Auto Mechanic. The owner was very nice to me and said, " don't worry my friend I will take care of you!" after less than 30 minutes, they found the problem and it's not the compressor! It's just a dirty throttle body and weak battery. they fixed it and in no time my car is now running smoothly!! The estimate process was easy to schedule. Took 5 minutes. Had to wait 3-4 days to hear back that parts had to be ordered and they call when they were ready. A call came about 1 week later. They had a rental car ready for us and they took the car for the body work. It took a little longer than I would have expected (~ 2 weeks). Don't matter as we had the rental. Well, the car was fixed perfectly. You would never know there was an accident. The insurance paid and we had no issues. I would certainly return to Concord Collision. She was courteous and very helpful and offered me a coffee and I waited for the gentleman to inspect my vehicle. This person was Nigel , a very kind and helpful person. Imagine you are trusting someone to fix your vehicle and take good care of it. From my initial step into the office it was a gratifying experience. I then met Ramsey, a very caring and extremely helpful person. Ramsey is the head of the operation. If you have met him you will know what I am referring to. Ramsey has your interest at heart, and only want to get the job done correctly and you make sure you are satisfied which is exactly my experience. My experience continued when I met Christina, a lovely and helpful individual, Christina made me feel like a family, she went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. She came out with me to the vehicle holding my hands to the car for it was a snowy day full of ice and snow and I was very nervous going to my vehicle. The job was superb.
