Completely unnecessary and unacceptable behavior. Bad customer service. I submitted a resume and was asked to call back for a phone conversation to start the process. I was matched with Sheldon. When we were beginning the registration process, he realized I was already on file and his attitude completely changed and he became very rude. He informed me that I had been asked to do a video interview with him two and a half years ago and I logged on and out and didn't respond to his voicemail asking what happened. He was confrontational about this and asked me if I remembered this. I apologized and said I didn't (it's been 2.5 years) and told him it had probably just been a connection issue. He rudely said "well what can I do for you now?" as if he's been holding this grudge. Maybe he just had a bad day, but it felt very unprofessional and he ended the call with this tone that felt like he wasn't going to assist me because of this, which is unfair. Being the professional I am, I sent an apologetic email about not following up 2.5 years ago. Then I went through my texts with him and saw that I had actually followed up about the technical difficulties and had asked to reschedule, and he never responded back to me. Even if I hadn't, it would have still been incredibly unprofessional for him to talk to me like that. I'm sure having people not follow up is frustrating, but it's recruiting. It's part of the industry. And it definitely does not mean that you get to talk down to people because of it, especially if years have passed. And I was communicative both 2.5 years ago and today. They are an agency that doesn't respond to emails and doesn't respond to their own sms messaging system even if they contact you in that way first. Looking for employment can be frustrating but being demeaned (especially for something you didn't even do) is not something anyone should have to deal with. I would not recommend this place. They need to learn better communication and customer service.

I interviewed and was hired for a week-long convention position which paid exceptionally well. We used an online app to check in each day and to record our hours. I received payment within two weeks. Afterwards, I was contacted numerous times for other work. I found Christine to be sincere and empathetic however, she owns the business and it's her reputation on the line so she's not interested in people who won't go the extra mile. There's an added bonus with PT&P: its office is on Walnut Street, right in the middle of Center City's hustle and bustle. If you're out of work and feel a little low, it's exhilarating in a way to walk amongst all of the busy people on the street, enter the historic building and take the trip up the old elevators.

I am SOOO lucky I got in touch with Jobspring. I worked with Natalia, Christian, Christian (yeah),…read moreand Hoshi. From the get-go, they were super professional. You're asked to come into the office early on in the process to meet with various recruiters so they can learn more about your skills and what you're looking for. At first it seems overkill, since most other recruiters take a 10-20 minute phone call to do your screening. However, I believe it paid off to have the face-to-face screening. From here moving forward - I worked mostly with Natalia (she placed me at my current job) and Hoshi (who worked with me on an interview that didn't result in me getting the job). Both recruiters worked hard to get me interviews and kept me informed as to where I was in the process, which I appreciated greatly. Natalia and Hoshi recognized my skillset and saw which jobs would be great matches for me. They're pros, they know what to look for and go with their knowledge. Natalia worked with me to get me my current job. She pushed me out of my comfort zone, even though I hesitated a few times. Long story short, she really knew what would be best, and helped get me a great job at a great salary. I highly recommend working with Jobspring when you're looking for your next job.

I questioned them for years on the inventory issues and finally fired them a year ago when they suggested I use someone else's sales tax ID to order wholesale items for my business. I had an independent accountant review my taxes and it turns out that they had in fact counted my inventory correctly every year and in 2021 alone I am due an amended return of $22,000 minus a $12,000 disallowance from the IRS. We still have to do 2022-2023 amended returns. This company has put me at risk of having to file for personal and professional bankruptcy and losing my health insurance as a disabled person. I cannot express how horrifying this experience has been and how they have screwed up my life and finances for the foreseeable future. I stopped working for this agency when the Covid hit. I specifically told Renee that I didn't want…read moreto work with Covid patients because my father had prexisting health complications and I didn't want to bring it back to my family. In addition, since Becker staffing was not paying hazard pay I definitely was not putting my life or the safety of my loved ones at risk. I explained to her that if she wanted me to take on Covid positive assignments , she would have to compensate me for hazard pay and make me aware of Covid positive assignments so I could quarantine accordingly. At first, she respected my wishes and sent me to a hospital in Allentown. One day she randomly pulled me from this assignment and sent me to a facility in wyncote. When I arrived there, there was a patient with all symptoms of Covid. The facility denied he had Covid and didn't quarantine him. A week later , I spoke to another nurse who was a regular at that facility and worked for Becker staffing who told me that the patient did test positive for Covid and the facility and Becker staffing were aware of this. This nurse cancelled all shifts at the facility upon discovering the Covid positive status and demanded hazard pay. Renee then pulled me to cover this nurses shift knowing they had Covid positive patients and didn't pay me hazard pay. She also lied to me and told me the facility was Covid free. This was the last straw for me among many other issues. They are not a good company. They are unethical, they cancel shifts last minute and refuse to pay cancellation fees, they had me driving 60 miles one way/120 miles round trip to facilities without paying me mileage . I wish I had quit way sooner than I did. Total waste of my time. They cancel a lot and often at the last minute without cancellation compensation. Renee thought she duped me but she failed to realize that nurses talk and I found out that she knowingly sent me to Covid positive facility against my wishes. She's lucky I didn't take further action against her agency.
