I wish I had read the reviews before I took my Kasper skirt suit to them. Attempted to pick it up yesterday only to find that they damaged my suit with some kind of oil or over heat on the very front of my suit jacket. Pissed plus they did not clean my suit in very noticeable spots that I could actually lift off with my fingernail. I was told that they would reclean it and to come back today and pick it up. I am praying that everything with my suit will be good when I pick it up today. I am counting on them to make it right. If not then I will have to file a complaint with the BBB. I called a few months ago to find out laundry pricing since I have several sheet and pillow case sets I would like laundered. I was quoted $1.50 with a 10 lb minim. Today I tried to drop off this laundry but was given outrageous pricing. I left with sheets and called back later to confirm what the girl at the counter had quoted. The current pricing is now $1.79 per lb. And obviously the girl didn't know that sheets are not comforters and that they do laundry! I was greatly inconvenienced and won't go back. read more

Don't bother for dry cleaning! You get what you pay for! They ruined 12 out of 18 of my choir robes, stating the chemicals brought out the sweat! They have blueish purple all over the cream collars! The manager, Ren, is the most unprofessional, unapologetic woman I've ever met with her contradicting, matter of fact attitude. She agreed to re-do them for free, but said she couldn't guarantee the stains would come out! I told her I'd be calling corporate if they didn't and she replied, "Fine. Go ahead" WOW. She has NO business being in customer service and for $126 dollars, I did NOT expect Pro-Clean to ruin 80% of my robes! NEVER AGAIN. read more

This cleaners has a habit of trying to do as little service to your clothing in order to make a better opportunity to get more money out of you for the same QUALITY of service they should give as a standard, and all other cleaners already do. FOR INSTANCE; This Cleaners deliberately will NOT button more than your top button of your dry cleaned or laundered shirts so that they will naturally come open during hanging, and transferring to hanging racks, so with a multitude of customers coming in and the hanging racks going up and down and back and forth, your dry cleaned or laundered shirts naturally come open under the plastic bag and by the time you get them back your shirts are in three and four FOLDS of wrinkles and sleeves, then they will NOT re-Iron them with out a big fuss because they say if you "want us to button more than the top button so that they wont wrinkle, you must pay us an additional .50 cents per shirt for this. AND, if the shirt comes in with either sleeve or collar buttons buttoned you will be charged an ADDITIONAL .50 cents to unbutton them. This is a shame, an predatory practices upon the customer and a dis-service to the paying customer. I spoke to the owner-the Asian gentlemen, and he is very much adamant about these predatory practices. They dry cleaned about nine of my shirts, they came back with three and four folds of long wrinkles in front, they tried to offer me services to pay to take the wrinkles out, I highly contested and told them this is the kind of service you should hand the customer back their clothes in the first place. NO. they then begrudgingly re-ironed all of them forcefully as the garments told the story of being mishandled by force and handed back to me, I then got home, pulled out one of the cuff linked shirts and the cuff was pulled clean from the sleeve of the shirt! I took it back and the owner-the Asian gentlemen blatantly refused to repair or replace the shirt stating "you were the one complained about the buttons being unbuttoned No" read more

REALLY great place to wash/ dry clean your clothes. Plenty of machines to choose from and good vending machines for snacks and drinks. Open late and open weekends so I can pick up my dry cleaning after work which is super convenient with kids/working full time. Plenty of parking and very CLEAN inside. Location is super convenient and easy to turn into from either direction on Gratiot. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

It's clean and they offer credit card payment on the machines. The machines are older and the prices are a dollar more than most places. Most of the dryers are out of order, not sure how long that's been for some this is my first time here. read more

I took a pair of pants to have the waist area repaired. That was fixed - ok service. However the hem on one leg was taken out as well. I was told that after 30 days (not from pick-up, but from the date dropped off) they are not responsible and wanted me to pay for something that was not damaged prior. WORST PLACE EVER!!! I took in several garments and to my surprise two were not cleaned at ALL!!! I took pictures and requested to speak to a manager but was told she (Renny) would not be in until 7am. I refuse to pay $36 for something that was clearly not dry cleaned.
