A fact that the other companies were not very forthcoming about. I am an impatient guy and I wanted results asap but they said legitimate SEO takes time. I am so glad I went with them because now 3 months later (much earlier than what they promised) my sales are up roughly 1200% and I am getting real results. I could have probably increased my sales even more if I had listened to their advice to get a new website but due to my prior experiences with other firms I wanted to take it slow. This made another big difference in results almost immediately as the new web design was modern and it was mobile friendly. We hired him for just photography, and the contract we agreed on stated that he would take 2 weeks to a month to edit the 100 photos of our choice. For every week he is late after the month, we would get $50 refunds. He took two months to edit our photos (it would have taken him many more if I hadn't called him almost every day to make him do his job), and he refused to refund us for the extra month that he was late. Instead he blamed it on us, claiming that we took a long time to send him the pictures of our choice (the contract did not give the client a time limit). Another reason he refused to refund us was because he felt that he gave us such a good deal and saved us so much money already, that he didn't think we deserved any more "discounts." He is definitely a scammer. He didn't stick to the contract we agreed on. All he cares about is money. He does not care whether his clients are happy or not. The contract also promised us a photo book, which we never received. Every time I called him to check up on the pictures/photo book, he gave me a new excuse (computer's broken, busy with family, out of town, etc). Even though he did not refund us for being late, he did give us the money back for the photo book. That earned him half a star. He is not an easy person to communicate with. Text/email will never get you through to him. He never replies, and when he does, it's 2 weeks after you sent the text/email. The last thing I'll comment on are the actual pictures. Even though he is such a horrible person to work with, he did give us pictures that we were actually very happy with. That earned him the other half of the star. He also gave us all the RAW photos the day after our wedding, which we appreciated. He also gave us 12-hour service and took us around the city for our outdoor photoshoot. He won our hearts by doing all these nice things, but I guess that's how he gets his clients. As soon as he gets his money, he runs with it. He convinces you that he'll do everything he promises, but his services following the main event is what got him only one star.

Our wedding was in August of 2013. The wedding film, which was poorly edited, was given to us in late 2016 after threatening suit. He is a complete disaster.
