So much love. I cannot recommend this enough and have a desire to make this accessible for all of us. Pictures speak. do it. These are pointless $150 25 minute zoom meetings conducted from their apartment. Anything you need requires a real doctor. And because you're not seeing a real doctor (you're talking to a middleman), there is an obscene amount of bureaucratic box-checks that waste more of your time and money. Furthermore, Klarity is anti-free speech. They would not let me post an honest negative review. There was no inappropriate language in my review, it was just basic negative commentary and they would not let me post it. So beware. If I had read a single review like the one I wanted to post, similar to what I'm posting here, I would not have wasted my money.

They helped me in so many ways, even just having an open conversation when you're feeling lonely. Thank you for always keeping me comfortable when I wasn't feeling my best. I just loved everyone so much. All the staff Kathy, Brian,Christian,Kierra, and Latoya helped me w all our one on one talks either on our outings or when I couldn't sleep. You get a professional chef, Jen! She makes so many special goodies, and her presentation makes you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel. Carolina, with the help of all these other beautiful souls, saved my life. My counseling sessions made me love me, and now I know how to deal w things in my life instead of laughing everything off and thinking it's no big deal. We had art therapy and music therapy, which was my fav, yoga, fitness class, speakers, Dr. B who specializes in the brain and addiction, option to go to church, and all kinds of fun outings. Like the river, karaoke, farmers mrkt, and or just Walmart. The home itself is beautiful they only have 10ppl at a time, so you get the care you deserve, unlike a lot of other places. My room had a large walk-in shower and jacuzzi bath. Wrap around balcony, and they have a pool, basketball hoop, pool table, horseshoe, and cornhole. Thank you to the Dr's, too. I love all you beautiful ppl so much. I will stay the way I left, not just for myself and my family but for all of you too.

The staff was kind, caring, and extremely helpful. I was provided with a great amount of education on trauma and how it impacts substance use, the parts of the brain that are impacted by trauma and substance use, anger, depression, emotion regulation, mindfulness, and how to communicate assertively. What really makes this place great is that there are no more than 10 clients, and it is more personalized with more one-on-one counseling and in-depth process groups. Lastly, the food is amazing. Both chefs put a lot of love and effort in preparing healthy meals and snacks. This has been the most effective treatment program that I have been through, and I highly recommend it to others. I am going on 6 months of sobriety as write this review.

It's the type of service you get from the team that makes this place amazing. One stop shop, I saw my PCP, got an X-ray, and then my lab work. Same location. Really quick. The phlebotomist was probably the BEST phlebotomist I've ever encountered in my life. She was very nice and gentle. I felt welcomed and relaxed. I would never return to Valley Oaks Medical, and I do not recommend them. My experience at both the…read moreEastern location and the Sun City location in Las Vegas was extremely disappointing. At the Eastern office, I felt I was treated differently because I'm not Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling ignored and uncomfortable. I decided to give the Sun City location a chance, but it was just as bad. I waited two hours to see the doctor, and she spent barely 15 minutes with me. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. Both locations showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient concerns. If you're going to work in healthcare, you should care about people -- not stereotype them based on age, race, or language. This was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.
