Being a nurse, I have opinions and he is willing to discuss them with me so we can come to an answer that addresses my issues. I have been going to this practice for years and have complete confidence in Dr. Docking. He has been treating me for bilateral knee joint pain and I certainly know when it's time to go back to see him. I have osteoarthritis and I'm trying to avoid knee surgery. He tells me we still have many conservative options available. The first physician I saw there has since retired. He diagnosed me with a condition that another big hospital misdiagnosed and once correctly treated, quickly resolved. They have been remodeling their office and it is complete, I think. I find it fresher and more updated. The staff have always been very nice to me. Dr. Docking is an incredible human being and a wonderful physician. I would highly recommend him.

There is a giant windowed-off area where the staff sits, behind the waiting room, and none of the staff looked up or seemed to want anything to do with the patients. No greeting, nothing. And it's impossible to actually speak to anyone if you call their office. You have to leave a voicemail message and hope they call you back. As to Dr. Bloom: He performs IME's, which are so-called "independent" (but contracted/paid for by insurance companies) medical exams, used to make determinations in disability and worker's comp claims. I was sent to an IME appointment with him. Suffice it to say that my claim was denied, despite my well-documented medical condition. I would recommend avoiding Dr. Bloom (or any other physician who performs paid IME's) if you care about integrity and professionalism. Shame on this organization for allowing this in their office.

She is very knowledgeable and caring. She adjusted my treatment as needed during the course of my therapy, resulting in 100% improvement of a year old shoulder injury. She provided written instructions for continued therapy at home to prevent additional injuries in the future. I will definitely use them for future needs and recommend others to them. It was a pleasant experience.

She has made a huge difference in my life. Her continued work on my neck and back issues have eliminated my migraines and acute headaches. The range is now mild discomfort, to pressure, and often none at all. She implemented a variety of exercises and massages (craniosacral therapy) then modified them for maximum results. I am confident with the changes she has made at Alley and to my home exercises. She even had ideas that have improved my allergies and sensitivities. She listened to my concerns about my elderly mother who uncharacteristically started getting angry only at me. Shraddha gave insight as to how very young children can react the same way to their mom. I continue to feel the love for mom but see her actions through understanding eyes. Through Shraddha a great weight has been lifted. My heartfelt thanks to the wonderful people at Ally Physical Therapy who I have come to admire. Bonnie B

Overall the atmosphere of the whole clinic/center is relaxed and laid back. There's a television in the waiting room and everything feels clean and up to date. I did not receive any physician care here but I did take advantage of the walk-in lab to get blood drawn. And when I say "drawn blood" I mean TWELVE vials (my new doc is apparently extremely thorough). The woman working at the lab was awesome. She was a little snarky but in a completely accessible warm, joking way. She was meticulous with checking and double-checking all the labs that were ordered. I warned her about my veins being crap (at most places, they stab into my arm and then "dig around" continually moving the needle under my skin and stabbing every which way until they finally get a vein - I don't mind needles or pain but it's sickening). This lady, on the other hand, felt both my veins and was careful to choose a small needle. She stuck me once, precisely, right into my vein, and got a good draw. THANK YOU, LORD. Next time I need vampirical services, I won't hesitate to return.
