Got back to the hotel and realized this was the best muffin I ever had in my like. When I went back the next day, I timed it wrong. The after work crowd was there and it was PACKED!! Looking forward to going back next time I'm in Merida. Process: You pick up a pan and use tongs to pick out your items. Take your items to counter one, where they give you a list of your items to take to counter two. At counter two, you pay for the items while counter one bags up your order. Once you pay, you go back and grab your items.

I was able to try an ice cream flavored with their local Sour Orange used in cochinita pabil, and my wife was able to try their take on a local pumpkin and even a local mushroom! All flavors exceeded my expectations and made me wish I returned each day to try a new flavor. Once inside I asked in Spanish for their recommendation instead of just choosing one. The kid at the counter recommended Mamey and Guanábana which I had never heard of. Also filled with veggies and cheese. We really enjoyed our food and would recommend!
