I got checked in quickly and was immediately taken to the back for X-rays. My referring physician was suppose to send over my MRI results but they didn't. The office staff was able to look them up with no problem. I met with Dr. Possely and he was very caring and kind. He took a lot of time to explain the MRI results with me and the surgical procedure he was recommending. I felt confident in his care and booked surgery right away. Dr. Possley's assistant, Ashley, is top notch! She took care of everything from appointments, to insurance verification, and prior authorizations and everything was a breeze. I had back surgery on Friday and they did a fantastic job. I'm still in a lot of pain with a 6 week recovery and looking forward to seeing if this will help with a lot of my pain. Dr. Possley has great bedside manor and was able to perform my surgery with no complications, they made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, including medications. I will be leaving a follow up review on the outcome of my surgery but so far, so good!

I did a lot of prior research for years and I found him to be one of the very top 'bunion docs'. He instructs his staff to wrap your toe/foot post surgery in a way that makes a huge difference in non-recurrence that other surgeons may not do. (think of a retainer after braces). I believe that is the key to successful bunion surgery. I have zero pain and nearly invisible scarring and my bunion is gone, completely. Dr. Hsin is treating my shoulders (rotator tears). He is super smart, professional, listens, and I feel like he has my best interest, in helping me to try everything to avoid surgery if possible. All of the PT staff is excellent, I've seen most of them over the last few years. Kim DeBoy, Director and PT is super dooper. She knows her stuff, takes the time to educate me and is passionate about really helping. I've never had any disappointing experiences with the front desk staff. Seem to get the job done quickly. Asking repeat questions is standard business in medicine, because the answers are critical and double checking prior answers only helps them to keep us healthy. I'm glad to see them verifying everything every time.

This came with no help,no suggestions,no leads and no explanation from the medical staffer I spoke with.I called later with a request for an explanation but my call was only returned 24 hours later at the end of the day seemingly unconcerned.After 28 years with cronic pain I wound have expected a more caring and professional experience from Dr Leimbach and his staff,this,unfortunately,was not the case.

Throughout my care, Dr Gerlach was exemplary - he explained what was wrong with my back, what he could (and could not) do to help and what to expect during my treatment, surgery and recovery. The doctors are knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring and listen to all questions and concerns. We highly recommend this company! My husband and I have also had a very positive experience with the physical therapists at Boulder Center for Orthopedics and Spine - specifically Holly who knows her stuff!

Before my appointment, my UT surgeon promptly emailed my knee MRI/records to ensure a proper evaluation, even calling me to confirm it was done. Awesome! Yet, during my consultation, Dr. Igolnikov and his assistant insisted they were never received. While there, I call UT, they confirm - again - with the day/time records were emailed. I'm directed to the front desk. No luck. I state I'm not leaving until they find the email (their eyes rolling), which two desk gals finally did 30min later (my eyes rolling). No apology. Just defensive excuses. Who hires these people?! Unfortunately, I still had to pay for a wasted visit. Billing department was no better. They required I prepaid for my self-pay appointment ($378). I did. Yet, a week later I received an emailed bill for $411 due. A few weeks later the same bill arrived by mail. I called billing and was told, they had overlooked my payment. The repeated administrative failures involving both medical records and billing - is unacceptable! Since they struggle with fundamentals, obviously I have no confidence in the organization and am not into "hoping" things will change at the risk of my time, money, and most importantly - my knees. I will not return.

I understand that doctors have the right to refuse to provide service (based on the insurance). However, sure would have been nice for someone to call and let me know. At a minimum, send me a letter. Instead, after living in excruciating pain for 2-weeks without so much as a call, I phoned to be told that Dr Wagner doesn't accept my insurance. REALLY?! What happened to customer service? Just goes to show that the world continues to go down the drain and doctors are right there too.

In addition I explicitly told him to focus and rework the tricep muscle in both failed surgeries. He forgot that as I sit here in my hotel room, I just finished third surgery with another local surgeon. The moment I told them I wanted a second opinion elsewhere, they canceled me as a patient as it turns out the new surgeon fix the problem. Bottom line I would never be sitting in this hotel room right now if Brain P Davis did his job, do NOT believe it's World class surgeon services. Regardless of his bowtie on or not and proceed with caution. Oh, and by the way, I'm still paying off those failed surgeries. Make sure you do your homework before seeing Brain P Davis.
